美凯优（MKU）公司由ERNST KLAPP先生1956年创立于美茵河畔的法兰克福，是一家中等规模的特种润滑剂专业制造企业。公司先后在捷克、法国、中国及意大利成立了销售子公司。

60多年以来，公司始终根据客户需求，开发、生产和销售用于金属加工、玻璃、陶瓷、粉末冶金及木材加工等行业的特种润滑剂。总公司拥有100多名员工，生产和销售1600种不同型号的产品。部分产品在一些特定应用中因其独特的配方技术而成为同行业领先者。

美凯优化学贸易（苏州）有限公司成立于2007年。它是德国MKU在中国的全资销售子公司，负责产品的进口，仓储、销售和售后服务。

MKU-Chemie GmbH (MKU) was founded by Mr. ERNST KLAPP in 1956 in Frankfurt/am Main. It is a medium-scale special lubricant manufacturing enterprise. The company has successively established sales branches in the Czech Republic, France, China and Italy.

For more than 60 years, the company has been developing, producing and selling special lubricants for metalworking, glass ceramics, powder metallurgy and woodworking industries according to customer needs. The HQ in Germany has more than 100 employees and produces and sells 1,600 different products models. Some products belong to the market leaders in specific applications due to their unique formulation technology.

MKU Chemical Trading (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. was established in 2007. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of MKU-Chemie GmbH in China which is responsible for product import, warehousing sales and after-sales service.
