宁夏君磁新材料科技有限公司主要从事以钐铁氮、钕铁氮等稀土铁氮间隙型化合物为核心的新一代先进稀土磁性材料及器件的研发和生产。公司核心研发团队主要渊源于中国北京大学,是国际公认的、新一代稀土磁性材料的重要开创者。君磁科技研发团队成员先后承担了国家和省级多项重大/重点科研任务,曾两度荣获国家自然科学奖、国际稀土永磁与先进磁性材料大会(REPM)杰出成就奖等重要奖项,是世界少数几家具有原创性自主知识产权和规模量产能力的新一代稀土磁性材料(SmFeN/NdFeN)研发生产企业。君磁科技的主要产品为稀土铁氮永磁材料,包括各向异性钐铁氮磁粉、高性能铁氧体杂化颗粒料、高性能钐铁氮颗粒料及高性能钐铁氮杂化颗粒料及其磁体等。该产品具备高磁性能、高性价比及高电阻率的特性,可一次成型制备尺寸、形状各异的粘结磁体,主要应用于汽车、家用电器、人工智能、医疗等领域的电机马达中,尤其适用于高频高转速电机等新兴领域。

Magvalley engages in the research and manufacture of a new generation of advanced rare earth (RE) magnetic materials and components with SmFeN, NdFeN and other RE-Fe-N interstitial compounds as core products. Our core R&D team is originated from Peking University, and is internationally recognized as the main pioneer of a new generation of RE magnetic materials. Members of Magvalley R&D team have undertaken a number of national and provincial major/key scientific research tasks, and have been honored by many important awards such as the National Natural Science Award and the Distinguished Achievement Award of REPM. Magvalley is one of the few enterprises in the world with original intellectual property rights and mass production capacity of a new generation of RE magnetic materials (SmFeN, NdFeN).Our major products is RE-Fe-N permanent magnetic materials, including anisotropic SmFeN magnet powders, high performance Ferrite hybrid compounds, SmFeN compounds, SmFeN hybrid compounds and magnets, etc..   The products exhibit superior magnetic properties, high cost performance and high resistivity. The products can be instant molded into bonded magnets with various sizes and shapes, which can be mainly applied in electronic motors in automotive industry, home appliances, artificial intelligence, as well as medical treatment and other fields.

SmFeN Magnet Powders

品介绍

钐铁氮磁粉适宜以注射、模压、挤出、压延、3D打印等工艺方法制备各种形态的新型高性能稀土粘结磁体,其突出特点在于磁性能高、磁性均匀、机械强度高、成型工艺灵活、涡流损耗小、能量转化效率高。磁粉平均粒径小,抗氧化和抗腐蚀能力较强。该磁粉最大磁能积为33-38MGOe,剩磁为13.5-14.7kGs,内禀矫顽力为9.0-11.0kOex501.9-2.3μm。同时,公司可根据客户需求,提供特定物理特性(如粒度)和不同磁性能指标(如最大磁能积、剩磁、内禀矫顽力等)的磁粉。

SmFeN magnet powders can be flexibly processed into various shaped high performance bonded magnets via a variety of adhesive and molding techniques such as injection molding, calendaring, extrusion, compression and 3D printing. The magnets exhibit well-distributed and superior magnetic properties, high mechanic strength, flexible-molding, low eddy current loss and high energy conversion efficiency. The powders present small average particle size and enhanced anti-oxidation ability and corrosion resistance. The powders have (BH)max between 33-38MGOe, Br between 13.5-14.7kGs, Hcj between 9.0-11.0kOe, and x50 between 1.9-2.3μm. Magvalley can deliver SmFeN magnet powders with specific physical properties (e.g. particle size) and magnetic properties (e.g. BH(max), Br, Hcj) to cater to specific client needs.

公司可根据客户需求的磁体性能、应用场景,提供各种磁性粉末制成的注射用粒料及注射磁体,包括高性能铁氧体杂化粒料及磁体、高性能钐铁氮粒料及磁体、高性能稀土杂化粒料及磁体等。该类产品具有性能覆盖广、性价比优势明显的特点。

上述颗粒料性能覆盖广,最大磁能积为2.5-17.5MGOe,剩磁为3.5-9.5kGs,内禀矫顽力为3.5-14.5kOe,流动性好,机械性能佳,适于各类应用开发。

Magvalley can provide compounds and injection molding magnets made from various kinds of magnet powders, including high performance ferrite hybrid compounds/magnets,  high performance SmFeN compounds/magnets and high performance RE hybrid compounds/magnets to cater to specific client needs for magnetic properties and applications. The compounds have broad coverage of properties with (BH)max between 2.5-17.5MGOe, Br between 3.5-9.5kGs, and Hcj between 3.5-14.5kOe. Together with high MFR and good mechanic strength, the compounds can be applied in various applications.

以稀土铁氮磁粉为基制备的柔性磁体磁性能强、表面光洁度高、柔性好;采取独特的抗氧化技术,抗氧化能力强;厚度最薄可低至0.1mm,并可制成条状、薄片状、环状等形状。

Flexible magnets exhibit superior magnetic properties with high surface finish and flexibility. Processed with unique anti-oxidation technology, the magnets boast strong antioxidation ability. Magvalley is able to provide flexible magnets with a thickness of as low as 0.1mm in strip, sheet, ring and other shapes.
