中船(邯郸)派瑞氢能科技有限公司是中国船舶第七一八研究所全资子公司,以七一八研究所六十余年在氢能领域的技术实力和工程经验为依托，是目前国内氢能装备产业链较为完备的科研生产企业，拥有2个省级研发平台，总建筑面积达21500平方米，可年产碱性制氢装备350台（套）、PEM纯水制氢装备120台（套），以及进行各型加氢站建设。

PERIC Hydrogen Technologies Co., Ltd

PERIC Hydrogen Technologies Co., Ltd is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Purification Equipment Research Institute of CSIC. PERIC is headquartered in Handan City, Hebei Province. It is mainly engaged in the research, design, manufacturing of hydrogen generation system, as well as the utilization and research development of hydrogen energy. At present, PERIC Hydrogen Technologies Co., Ltd. has 360 professional technicians, 6 commissioning, machining workshops, with a total construction area of 21500 square meters. The annual production capability is 350 sets of alkaline type hydrogen generator and 120 sets of PEM type hydrogen generator. So far, PERIC has produced and sold more than 1000 sets of water electrolysis hydrogen generation system, and more than 400 sets of hydrogen purification system, PSA Hydrogen Rich gas purification system and Hydrogen generation system by methanol cracking, with a cumulative output value of more than 3 billion yuan. PERIC exported to more than 30 countries.

纯水型制氢设备

纯水型电解制氢装置系列是近年来自主研发的新型绿色水电解制氢系统，单台电解槽产氢量为0.01～300Nm3/h，除适用于传统工业领域外，还可适用于可再生能源发电制氢、氢能基础设施加氢站制供氢、天然气掺氢等技术，在交通领域、电网储能、智能微电网以及军用领域得到广泛应用。该装置的关键技术涵盖了核心功能材料高性能催化剂、膜电极的制备技术；高温高压下腐蚀机理及其腐蚀防护技术；高性能流场极板设计和加工技术；智能模块化设计和系统集成技术等。产品氢气纯度达到99.999%，氧气纯度达到99.2%。

PEM-type H2 generator

PEM-type H2 generator, a kind of green hydrogen generation system, has been developed by PERIC in recent years. The hydrogen generation capacity ranges from 0.01Nm3/h to 300Nm3/h. Besides traditional industries, it can be applied to renewable energy hydrogen generation, hydrogen infrastructure system for a hydrogen refueling station, natural gas mixed with hydrogen and so on, widely used in the field of transportation, power storage, intelligent micro-grid and other special fields.

The advantage of PEM-type H2 generator is using pure water as electrolytic solution, therefore no pollution, non-corrosive, and higher hydrogen purity. Compared with the Alkaline-type H2 generator, it can be operated at high current densities, which can result in reduced operational costs and electrolytic efficiency up to 85% or better. This generator is compact with light weight, operation and regulation ranging from 0~100%, with higher reliability and lower maintenance cost.

分体安装式碱性水电解制氢设备：

CDQ型水电解制氢系统，是我所产品较为畅销的一款设备，单台设备产氢量可达16Nm3/h-2000Nm3/h，制氢站式布局；

所有不锈钢设备外表抛光处理，美观大方；

电解槽采用双极性压滤式结构，绝缘密封垫片的密封性能强；

气液处理器为框架组合式结构，流程简洁，便于安装、操作、维修；

采用硅整流替代原有的可控硅整流方式，降低了装置运行时对电网的谐波干扰，有效消除了对电网的高次谐波污染，降低了无功损耗；

全自动微机控制，自动化程度高，可进行远程集中管理，人机智能化界面，操作简便、安全可靠；

产品氢气未经纯化前纯度可达到99.8%，氧气纯度可达到99.2%，产品氢气经纯化处理后纯度可达到99.999%。

skid-mounted H2 generator

As one of the best-selling products, our CDQ series skid-mounted H2 generator’s production capacity can range from 20Nm3/h to 2000Nm3/h with single electrolyzer. All the piping and cabling within the skid-mounted structure are carefully polished. The electrolyzer adopts a bipolar pressure filter structure. The seal gasket researched and developed by PERIC ensures no leakage from the electrolyzer whether in hot or cold conditions. The gas-lye treater is skid-mounted type with simple process flow, easy to install, operate and maintain. The H2 generator is automatically controlled through PLC programming, with high reliability and remote control. Operator-friendly HMI makes the operation safe and convenient. Initial H2 purity>99.8%; Initial O2 purity >99.2%; DC power consumption ≤ 4.3 KWh/m3H2

集装箱式碱性水电解制氢设备

KZDQ型水电解制氢设备是我所自主研发的集装箱式水电解制氢系统，集成电解槽、气液处理器、三塔纯化设备、控制柜、整流柜、变压器于40尺集装箱（12192mmX2438mmX3200mm）中；

该型设备具有土建量小，便于安装和移动等优点，用户只需要接入水、电、气即可随时随地制氢，高纯氢制氢量可高达100Nm3/h每套；

该型号产品因其质量和特性而受到国内国际气体公司的广泛青睐；

产品氢气纯度达到99.999%，露点达到-70℃。

Containerized-type H2 Generator

Containerized-type H2 generator is completely developed and designed by PERIC, called as model KCDQ series. All the main elements of these model series have been integrated within 40-feet container, such as electrolyzer, gas-lye treater, hydrogen purification unit, water tank, power rectification unit, PLC control system and PDB/MCC, etc. H2 flow of such H2 generator ranges from 5Nm3/h to 100Nm3/h, and all interconnection within the container has been completed before shipment. Customers can just plug the utilities to their plant and then start it. It extremely saves the capital cost of customer to set up. H2 purity could be better than 99.999% and dew point better than -70 Deg.C.

撬装/移动式加氢站

撬装式加氢站是依据加氢站站工艺流程及控制要求，将一些设备控制元件集成安装在集装箱底座上，组成可移动的特定功能的加氢站。其优点是结构紧凑，工厂制造安装，质量容易得到保证，节约大量土地，减少投资成本，且安全可靠，利于操作和维护。中船（邯郸）派瑞氢能科技有限公司研制的中大型撬装式加氢设备加注压力35MPa，加注能力200-1000公斤/天，安装方便，加注流量多级可调，氢气经过预冷却，安全可靠；小型移动式加氢装置加注压力35MPa或70MPa，加注能力20-100公斤/天，采用压缩空气驱动，不需用电，适用于临时加注。

Skid-mounted Hydrogen Fueling Station

For the skid-mounted hydrogen fueling station, it is to integrate some equipment control components on the container base to form a mobile hydrogen fueling station with a specific function based on the process flow and control requirements of the hydrogen fueling station. The advantage is compact structure, factory manufacturing and installation guaranteeing quality, saving a lot of land, reducing investment costs, and is safe and reliable, which is conducive to operation and maintenance.

甲醇分解制氢设备

甲醇分解制氢是一种相对比较高性价比的制氢方式，适合各种规模氢气用量的用户使用，产品氢气量为50～60000 Nm3/h，具有投资成本低、运行费用少、反应条件温和等优点，甲醇消耗量为0.5kg-0.65kg每立方米氢气。我公司是国家发改委新能源高技术产业化专项“甲醇制氢高技术产业化示范工程项目”落实单位，2011年我公司EPC总包的单套产量为12000Nm/h的甲醇分解制氢设备成功应用于河南煤化 BDO项目，其单套产能规模为当时国内之最。

Hydrogen generation system by methanol cracking

PERIC is an industrial demonstration project unit of methanol hydrogen production equipment of the national development and Reform Commission. The amount of hydrogen produced is 50 ~ 60000 Nm3 / h. It has the advantages of low investment cost, low operation cost, mild reaction conditions and hydrogen purity of 99.999% ；
