applied to water-jet loom for replacing crank-linkage mechanism. lt weaves only
plain fabric, with the advantages of low energy consumption, maintenance-free, labor-sav-ing
and high profit.
NPW403 凸轮开口装置适用于各种型号的喷水织机可满足织造 10 片提综循环十二纬 内的 147 种织物组织。The cam shedding device NPW403 can be
applied to all kinds ofwater-jet looms, and weave 147 fabric patterns requiring
up to 10 heald frames and no more than 12 weft picks.
NPW409 积极式凸轮开口装置主要用于高速喷水织机配套，具有刚性强、结构稳优势， 最高转速可达900rpm(111/111 品种，1900 门幅 )。The positive cam shedding device
NPW409, with the advantages of strong rigidity and stable structure, is mainly
applied tohigh-speed water-jet looms. The maximum speed of its 1900mm type for
weaving 111/111 fabric can reach up to 900RPM.
NP4620 高速喷气织机用凸轮开口装置， 适用于织造 10 片及以下综框，且循环纬数≤ 6 纬的织物组织，具有高速、高效、平稳可靠的特点。NP4620, the high speed cam shedding
device for air-jet loom, is suitable for weaving fabrics requiring up to 10
heald frames and no more than 6 weft picks. It's characterized by high speed,
high efficiency and reliability.
NP5400C 上置积极式电子多臂是适用于喷水织机的智能化开口，采用油泵强制供油，内设油位传感保护结构紧凌，操作简 易，特别适用于高速、宽幅等不平衡织物组织。在时尚织物品种变化快、周期短、技
术力量强的企业尤为受欢迎。NP5400C Electronic Dobby is
top-mounted intelligent positive shedding device for water-jet looms. The
lubrication oil is forced to circulate via oil pump, and oil level sensor is
adopted to avoid lacking oil. lt's characterized by compact structure and easy
operation. Thus, it is especially suitable for fast speed and wide unbalanced
fabrics. The device is particularly popular among enterprises with fast
changeover of fashion fabrics, short life-cy-cle and advanced technologies.
NP5600 下置积极式电子多臂适用于喷气织机配套的智能化开口，可适配多种 凸轮曲线，满足不同织造织物需求。其特点是车速高，织造品种范围广，更换织物组
织快捷方便，配备双层精滤装置有效过滤微小颗粒和飞絮，延长使用寿命。The low-positioned positive electronic
dobby NP5600 is intelligent shedding device matching with air-jet looms.
Multiple cam curves are provided for weaving different fabrics. It's
characterized by high speed,wide range of fabric patterns and fast changeover.
Double-layer fine filter device is adopted to filter tiny particles
effectively, which extends service life.
NP6016 电子提花开口装置采用 16 列纵向组件排列，结构紧凌、轻巧、坚固， 能满足高速需求，具有电器自检功能、织制领带、商标、毛巾、服装面料、里料。NP6016 features longitudinal
arrangement of 16 lines of the advantages of compact structure,
light weight and robustness, the device can meet the needs of high speed
6016 is equipped with electrical self-check function. It's capa-ble
of weaving tie, tradernarks, towels, clothing fabric and lining.
O 型是适用于长纤维织物，上轴便捷。
O-type heald frame is suitable for
long fiber fabrics. It's convenient and fast to get on roller.
J 型是适用于短纤维织物，张力大、横梁承载高、平稳性强。
J-type heald frame is suitable for
short fiber fabrics. lt features strong tension, robust stave and reliable
stability.
