智能化轮胎激光打标工作站

  此设备是通过辊道线输送轮胎，通过对中机构将轮胎进行对中定位，再基于3D视觉定位引导机器人带动激光打刻头进行轮胎年周号的自动打标，此设备实现完全自动化，节拍快，效率高，大大的提高轮胎的生产速度，保证打刻质量。

手持激光打标设备

  我公司生产的手持激光打标设备是新一代激光打标的高科技产品，其易于安装、操控以及实现自动化。操作简单，接通电源，打开设备，即可进行高效、准确、无耗材的“绿色”打标，能够在金属及多种非金属材料进行标刻，且行业应用广泛，涵盖五金制品、工具配件、精密器械、汽车配件、塑料按键、建材、医疗器械等行业。

伺服压装系统

  我们是最早涉足电动伺服压装领域的中国企业，自行研发的EPS伺服压机，是国产第一套能与进口高端电子压机类产品对标的“集装配与测试于一体的数字化压装单元”，主要应用于汽车动力总成、底盘传动、汽车电子等关键零部件的装配。
