中远关西涂料化工有限公司始建于1992年，是由中远海运国际(香港)有限公司和日本关西涂料株式会社共同投资兴建的合资企业。目前在国内拥有四家公司，分别坐落在长三角、环渤海湾和珠三角三大经济区,专业从事集装箱涂料、工业防腐涂料、海洋工程和船舶涂料的生产经营和技术研发。

COSCO Kansai Paint & Chemicals Co., Ltd.  was established in 1992 .It is a joint venture invested by COSCO Shipping ( Hong Kong) Co., Ltd and KANSAI Paint (Japan) Co., Ltd. At present, it already has four subsidiaries in China, which are located in the three main economic zones of the Yangtze River Delta, Bohai Bay and Pearl River Delta respectively. They specialize in the production and operation of container coatings, industrial anti-corrosion coatings, offshore platform and marine coatings.
