纸浆模塑餐具是由可持续材料制成的食品包装，以各种草本什物纤维为原料（甘蔗渣、竹浆、木浆、芦苇浆、稻草浆等），加入食用级防水、防油材料进行化学处理，真空脱水成型后，经模内干燥、热压、切边、消毒等工序制成。

可通过更换模具，生产蛋盒、水果托盘、咖啡杯托、瓶托、一次性医用托盘等，原料使用废报纸和废纸箱等各种废纸，原材料来源丰富。
