公司成立于2014年，位于山东省东营市，东与青岛港相邻，公司占地12000平方米，规划总投资2000万，一期工程由3700㎡、1800㎡车间两个，1300㎡附属办公楼一栋， 年产300万套汽车刹车片，模具开发完全按照OEM标准开发，性能符合并超过GB5763-2018要求，通过ISO/TS16949质量管理体系认证和美国LINK试验认证，具有较强的自主研发、设计配方及生产工艺工装的能力，公司成功研发了无噪音、寿命长、耐高温以及高稳定性能的半金属、低金属、陶瓷、NAO配方体系。产品覆盖车型有国内车型、欧系、美系、日系、韩系等。产品种类超过1000款。销往北美、南美、欧洲、日韩、中东、非洲、澳大利亚等许多国家。

Founded in 2014, the company is located in Dongying City, Shandong Province, adjacent to Qingdao Port in the east. The company occupies an area of 12,000 square meters, with a planned total investment of 20 million. The first phase consists of 3700m2, 1800m2 workshops and 1300m2 subsidiary office buildings. An annual production capacity of 3 million sets of automobile brake pads. The development of the molds is completely in accordance with OEM standards. The performance meets and exceeds the requirements of GB5763-2018. It has passed ISO/TS16949 quality management system certification and US LINK test certification, and has strong independent research and development. With the ability to design formulas and process tooling, the company has successfully developed semi-metal, low-metal, ceramic, and NAO formulations that are noise-free, long-lived, high-temperature, and highly stable.
