陶瓷抛光带

POLISHING CONVEYOR BELT FOR CERAMICS INDUSTRY

特殊设计的花纹为抛光过程提供了最大的加工件吸附性能和污水排泄性能，促使皮带表面不会残留污水。高端精密设备生产，保证了陶瓷抛光带的厚度均匀和硬度适中，对瓷砖起到最大程度的保护作用。已获得专利证书的纤维设计，使得嘉润良抛光输送带在耐用性和耐磨性上更加出色。

The specially designed pattern provides the maximum adsorption performance and sewage discharge performance for the processed parts during the polishing process, and promotes no residual sewage on the surface of the belt. The production of high-end precision equipment ensures the uniform thickness and moderate hardness of the ceramics polishing belts, which can protect the ceramics tiles to the greatest extent. The patented fiber layer design makes JARULAN polishing conveyor belt better in duration and abrasion resistance.

磨边机同步带AT20

TIMING BELT

AT20 无缝环口磨边机专用同步带，拥有强大的拉力，10000r.p.m以上都运用该齿带，耐磨，耐高温，稳定性好。适用于陶瓷磨边机，干磨机，玻璃直线双边磨边机，大型传动机械等。表面可加3mm，4mm，6mm，10mm高耐磨性红胶，PU。也可以将PU, APL胶一体硫化在皮带表面。

JARULAN’s seamless AT20 PU timing belts have a lot of advantages, like abrasion resistance, temperature resistance and durability. They are suitable to the chamfering and edge grinding machines which are over 10000r.m.p tension.

Application: Wet or dry ceramics chamfering and edge grinding machines, glass double-side chamfering machine, heavy duty transmission machine etc.

3mm, 4mm,6mm, 10mm Red rubber or PU can be coated on belt.

PU or APL material can be sulphurated on the top side of timing belt.

TThe surface of the product is rare to have the powdery particales problem, which is more environmental protected than rubber convey belt. 嘉润良石材抛光带独有专利齿状表层，双向齿的设计能有效防止石材板的相对滑移。皮带两边的齿间是双齿并行，这种设计能最大限度稳固大面积石材厚板及薄板。齿状表层专为大理石板、花岗岩石板的抛光机设计（生产宽度 2200mm）。世界各国包括欧洲国家许多设备生产商都采用嘉润良的产品作为原机配带。

Founded in 2010, with over 40,000 square meters’ building area, the production head quarter of Jiangxi Jarulan Industrial Belt Co., Ltd. is now set in Jiangxi Province, China.
