德兴市鼎丰窗饰材料有限公司，由龙鼎集团全资创建于2015年。是一家以木制遮阳窗饰产品为主，卷帘门窗系列产品为配套，集设计、开发、生产、销售为一体的多元化企业。现有员工200多人，其中专业技术人员及高级管理人员25人。拥有世界先进工艺木片烤漆生产线5条，高分子PVC百叶窗生产线5条。木制百叶窗生产能力约70万平米、高分子PVC百叶窗约28.3万平米、铝百叶窗10万平米、半成品木片900万米。产品远销海内外，在欧美、澳洲、东亚、南美等地区拥有上百家稳定的合作商和客户，可实现出口创汇1300万美元以上，可实现年销售收入约9000万元。

正在投入建设的二期工程——江西鼎兴遮阳材料科技有限公司， 将专业从事窗饰产品的技术研发，立足于产品性能、外观、设计等的开发升级，打破传统原材料的局限性，着眼于可再生资源的整合利用，配套鼎丰窗饰的生产、销售战略，实现公司高效、环保、创新的目标。以质量求生存，以人才求发展。鼎丰窗饰材料有限公司始终坚持集团提出的诚信至上、品质精良的经营理念，用心提升产品品质，力争与国际质量标准接轨。注重改良生产工艺，突破传统工艺弊端，增强产品的美观性和实用性；选用优质的原辅料，采用水性油漆等高效环保原料，把好进货渠道关，禁止超标材料进入；改进生产设备性能，增设废气过滤网、高温热压机、UV固化机等环保设施，将环境污染降到最低。致力于为客户提供高端环保的遮阳产品。

Londing Group, formerly known as Dexing South Mine Construction Co., Ltd., is specialized in mine construction and privately-run blasting business. Over years of rapid development, we have made outstanding achievements by virtue of our strength: successively establishing Jiangxi Londing Enterprise Management Company and founding the Dexing Dinfon Window Decoration Materials Co., Ltd and Jiangxi Dinxing Shading Materials Technology Co., Ltd. by drawing support from Dexing’s building billion-based shading industry cluster, striving to grab the “commanding height” of shading industry and advancing towards international high-end market.

Dexing Dinfon Window Decoration Materials Co., Ltd. was established by Londing Group in 2015 as a wholly-controlled subsidiary. It is a diversified enterprise in enterprise integrating design, development, production and sales into one, with wooden venetian blinds as main products and roll shutter series as supporting products. Now, it has more than 200 staff, among whom 25 are professionals and senior management personnel. It possesses 5 world-class wooden slat coating lines and 5 macromolecule PVC blinds production lines. With an annual production capacity of 700,000 m2 wooden venetian blinds, 283,000 m2 faux wood venetian blinds, 100,000 m2 aluminum venetian blinds and 9 million meters semi-finished wooden slats. Dexing Dinfon enables its products to be available both at home and abroad and gains hundreds of stable partners and customers in Europe, America, Australia, East Asia, South America and other regions. The company thereby may achieve annual sales of more than 13 million US dollars and annual sales revenue of RMB 90 million.

Currently the second phase project — Jiangxi Dinxing Shading Materials Technology Co., Ltd. is under construction. This company will be specialized in the technology development of sun shade products. Based on the development and upgrading of product performance, appearance and design, it will break through the limitation of traditional raw materials, and focus on the integrated utilization of renewable resources to make its products more efficient, innovative, and environmental under the guidance of Dinfon’s production and sale strategy for window decorations. “Strive for survival on the basis of quality, and seek for development by virtue of talents.” Dinfon Window Decoration Materials Co., Ltd. has always adhered to the business philosophy proposed by the Group:Credit first, Quality best. What we want to do is improving the existing quality standard in earnest and striving to comply with international quality standards. It attaches importance to the improvement of production process, breaks through the barriers in traditional process, and enhances the aesthetics and practicability of products. Moreover, on the one hand, it selects quality raw materials, adopts high-efficiency and environment friendly raw materials such as water-based oil paint, imposes strict control over supply channels, and prohibits the access of over-standard materials; On the other hand, it improves the production equipment performance and adds some environmental protection devices such as exhaust gas filters, high temperature hot press machines and UV curing machines so as to reduce the environmental pollution to the minimum. It has been committed to providing high-end environmental sun-shading products for customers. 

Furthermore, it pays much more attention to introduction and cultivation of talents. The entire process from line staff training, reserve talents training, technology talents stabilizing to senior management selecting reflects its people-oriented core concept. Now, the company has had a large number of skilled technical personnel and experienced management personnel, vigorously boosting the development and expansion of the company.
