Starextile industrial  limited was established in 2015 and is a leading fabric factory in China, specializing in the production of curtain fabrics. Today, Decotec is proud to be a dynamic team of 18 dedicated professionals operating out of two strategically located offices and a 1500 sqm warehouse facility.

At Startex, our core focus revolves around manufacturing superior fabrics tailored for window treatments. From roller shade fabrics to blackout drapery fabrics and sheer drapery fabrics, our diverse product range caters to the discerning needs of our clientele. Boasting a comprehensive inventory of over 200 SKUs of roller fabrics readily available for swift delivery, coupled with more than 320 SKUs of sheer and drapery fabric offered at competitive minimum order quantities (MOQs), we ensure unparalleled convenience and flexibility for our valued customers.

Backed by a team of seasoned professionals with extensive expertise in fabric weaving, dyeing, coating industries, we uphold stringent quality control measures at every stage of production. Each product undergoes rigorous inspection to uphold our unwavering commitment to delivering superior quality goods consistently.
