2022年初，中天钢铁集团启动淮安项目，年产150万吨高强度钢帘线钢产品，产品主要包括钢帘线，胎圈钢丝，金刚线。淮安项目是中天钢铁集团“一个总部，多个基地”战略布局的实施。项目投资202亿元，占地面积2802亩，建筑面积142万平方米。连同其他钢铁产品销售产生500亿元人民币，形成国家“十四五”末中天精品钢帘线产业园。

At the beginning of 2022, Zenith Steel Group started the Huai’an project with an annual capacity of 1.5 million tons of high strength fine steel cord. Products mainly include steel cord, bead wire, diamond wire. Huai’an project is Zenith’s response to the implementation of the group’s strategic layout of "one headquarter, multiple bases". The project invested 20.2 billion RMB, It covers an area of 2,802 acres and a construction area of 1.42 million square meters. Together with other steel product sales to generate 50 billion RMB to form Zenith fine steel cord industrial park at the end of the nation’s “14th Five Year Plan”

#钢帘线 

钢帘线是用优质高碳盘条制成、表面镀有黄铜，具有特殊用途的。

细规格钢丝股或绳。主要用于轿车胎、轻卡胎、重卡胎、工程机械车轮胎、飞机胎及其它橡胶制品骨架材料。采用钢帘线作为增强材料所制作的子午线轮胎具有使用寿命长、行驶速度快、耐穿刺、弹性好、安全舒适、节约燃料等优点。

#胎圈钢丝

胎圈钢丝为冷拉高碳钢丝，具有高强度、高韧性和优异的耐疲劳性能，我司胎圈丝产品强度涵盖NT、HT、ST, 表面复合青铜合金，粘合力性能优异，能根据客户不同需求生产定制。

#切割钢丝

钢丝直径细致35μm,表面镀有金刚石，广泛用于光伏硅片和半导体晶圆等硬脆材料的切割。
