#纠偏控制系统

S1000高性能全触模屏伺服纠偏控制器与A400 CCD影像传感器是恩睿斯两款不可或缺的创新产品。S1000以其精确的纠偏功能，通过多传感器检测材料偏移并驱动伺服电机进行纠正，提升了轮胎制造的精度与效率。而A400则凭借松下CCD传感器和64位双核CPU，实现橡胶边缘的精准跟踪，实时图像显示和全触摸操作的设计，使得用户能够更直观地了解材料的边缘情况，并进行简便的操作。确保轮胎制造过程的高品质，提高了轮胎制造的精度和效率，降低了不良品率，还有助于提升轮胎的整体质量和性能。

#测厚系统

测厚系统通过电动导轨带测厚传感器巡回检测各个测量点的厚度，生成曲线，并可以设定上下限报警，通过与压延主机的数据交换，实现对压延辊的辊间隙、轴交叉和弯曲度控制。内部带数据管理分析系统，提供历史数据查看与分析，便于生产质量管控。
