From May 10 to 12, the 14th Asia-Pacific Floor Fair (CGFF) in 2024 was successfully held in Guangzhou Pazhou, Poly World Trade Center Expo. The 14th Asia-Pacific Floor Fair not only maintained its momentum but also attracted a large number of merchants. More than 500 well-known exhibitors were attracted on site, bringing over 10,000 new/hot-sale products. The three-day exhibition attracted a total of 73,900 visitors.

Among them, exhibitors from Guangzhou Nippon Paint Co., Ltd. brought two new products with high circulation cost-effectiveness to the site, meeting customers' needs for quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness: inorganic wear-resistant hardened flooring with high wear resistance, high hardness, and high compressive strength, which can meet A-level fire protection requirements; The Yiju 99 solvent-free epoxy set adopts an environmentally friendly solvent-free formula, with fast delivery speed of 4-color stock and high construction efficiency of the set.

Exhibitors from Fujian Mingsheng Ceramic Development Co., Ltd brought parking lot bricks, which provide a greener parking lot floor solution. The raw materials are made of natural porcelain clay fired at high temperatures, which is safe, environmentally friendly, and formaldehyde free. They have superior properties such as wear resistance, scratch resistance, flexural resistance, compression resistance, moisture resistance, and mold resistance.

The polyurea polyurethane series products from Guangzhou Zhiye Chemical Co., Ltd. are resistant to 60% sulfuric acid and 99% ethanol and other chemical substances; The anti-static colored sand self leveling series products, as a new composite decorative functional floor product, can permanently prevent static electricity.

Exhibitors from Guangdong Obert High Tech Floor Material Technology Co., Ltd. have brought some new products - new solvent-free foam type PU, silicon PU. These products have greatly improved performance, with outstanding performance in environmentally friendly material production, slip resistance, and shock absorption. They are suitable for multiple scenarios such as sports venues, school playgrounds, and training grounds, and their service life is also greatly enhanced.

On the other hand, Guangdong Bright Dream Robotics Co., Ltd. has showcased a new generation of floor grinding robots, the “Phoenix 850C”, with a more technological feel. They are equipped with real-time positioning, fault alarm, FMS cloud data management and other functions, and can achieve fully automatic grinding operations.

The exhibitors of Dongguan Kangzhimei Building Materials Technology Co., Ltd. have put in great effort in service details. Mr. Shao from the company stated that in response to the “pain points” of the different properties between the new cast-in-place inorganic grinding stone material and traditional terrazzo material, the company has designed a more reasonable aggregate grading and adopted the method of pre mixing the colors and aggregates in advance, making the construction site more convenient while greatly reducing the risk of inorganic grinding stone cracking.

The exhibitors of Gaozhi Water-Based Paint recommended the latest products to visitors: full solid elastic epoxy primer and full solid crack resistant epoxy self-leveling. Among them, the fully solid elastic epoxy primer belongs to 100% solid content, showing no cracking characteristics during testing, with a zero level adhesion. It has excellent water resistance, oil resistance, and alkali resistance, and can be operated for a long time. It has strong permeability and can be applied to ceramic tiles, terrazzo, and sealed cured floors. Full solid crack resistant epoxy self-leveling has good crack resistance, water resistance, impact resistance, noise reduction and anti slip effect, and can be used in places with extremely high requirements for crack resistance and antibacterial properties. The launch of the full solid elastic and crack resistant series of products has filled the industry gap and will become a new direction for the next development in the field of floor paint.
