太仓市天利涂装设备有限公司是专业设计、制造电机转子绝缘静电粉末涂敷机和定子线圈粉末涂敷机的厂家，公司成立于2004年，有一半以上的员工具有近二十年丰富的设计和制作经验。目前各型号涂敷机的年生产能力～80台套。

目前在汽车电机、新能源电动汽车电机、无人机航模电机、摩托车电机、自动化设备配套电机、步进电机、家用小电器以及电动工具等行业上累计已拥有约500家客户并保持着良好的关系，在业内享有较高的声誉。2011年开始已陆续将设备出口到国外，为产品的不断出口打下了良好的基础。

产品介绍

本机主要用于电动工具上的定子线圈粉末涂敷,其工作原理是采用直流或交流电源将线圈加热,然后将定子线圈浸入粉末涂敷流化箱内的粉末中,粉末因受热而均匀地附着在线圈表面,使线圈表面形成一层高质量地防护涂层(该工艺俗称热浸涂)。

This machine is mainly used for powder coating of stator coils on power tooling. Its working principle is to use DC or AC power to heat the coils, and then immerse the stator coils in the powder coating fluidization tank. The powder is uniformly adsorbed on the surface of the coil due to heating. Forming a high-quality protective coating on  the surface of the coil(commonly known as hot dip coating).
