Since its establishment in 1919, Yamazaki Mazak Co., Ltd. has always taken continuous innovation as its responsibility, constantly exploring advanced manufacturing technologies, and providing customers with products and services including composite machining centers, five axis machining centers, vertical/horizontal machining centers, CNC lathes, laser processing machines, FMS flexible manufacturing systems, automation units, and intelligent factory management systems.

In 1998, Yamazaki Mazak was the first in the industry to bring the advanced concept of global synchronous production to China. FJV-250是一款高精度、高速度、高生产性龙门结构立式加工中心，加工领域遍及半导体、电子产业、模具行业及航空工业的有色金属零件加工。主轴除了标准的12000(rpm)规格外，还有12000(rpm)大扭矩主轴，18000(rpm) 高速主轴，25000(rpm)高速主轴。该系列机床在龙门式机械结构的基础上，配置热对称构造、内置式电主轴、滚珠丝杠轴心冷却及热屏蔽功能，进一步提高了加工精度。

FJV-250 is a high-precision, high-speed, high-productivity gantry structure vertical machining center for non-ferrous metal parts machining in the semiconductor, electronics, mold and the aerospace industry. In addition to the standard 12,000(rpm) spindle, there are more options including 12,000(rpm) high torque spindles, 18,000(rpm) high-speed spindles, and 25,000(rpm) high-speed spindles. Based on the gantry-type mechanical structure, this series of machines is equipped with a thermo-symmetric structure, built-in electric spindle, ball screw core cooling and thermal shield functions to further improve machining accuracy.

FJV-35/60L是一款高精度、高速度、高生产性龙门结构立式加工中心，机床保持了一贯的高精度，高效率特点。该系列采用左右对称形式的主轴单元，配置电主轴、直线滚柱导轨、滚珠丝杠轴心冷却功能，以确保高精度加工。加工领域遍及半导体、电子产业、模具行业及航空工业的有色金属零件加工。该产品还可进行FMS柔性生产线的组线，实现无人化、自动化加工，提高生产效率。

FJV-35/60 L is a high-precision, high-speed, high-productivity gantry structure vertical machining center, the machine tool maintains consistent high precision and high-efficiency characteristics. The series adopts a bilateral symmetry form of a spindle unit, equipped with the electric spindle, linear roller guides, and ball screw core cooling function to ensure high-precision machining. The application fields are all over the semiconductor, electronic and mold industries. It also fits the non-ferrous metal parts machining in the aerospace industry. The machine tool can also be used for flexible manufacturing system assembly, realizing unmanned and automated machining, and improving manufacturing efficiency.
