2025年9月9 - 12日，摩登上海设计周暨时尚家居展将在上海世博展览馆精彩启幕，重磅推出100场趋势论坛。以“1+N+X”创新体系搭建设计思想引力场，1场摩登设计大会主论坛“定调”，N场分论坛“共振”，X场“定制”活动。100 +前沿论坛聚焦设计未来，30,000 +设计师、行业领袖等齐聚，共探设计生态，奏响东方与世界的共鸣强音。

地建师 DJSER自2024年8月1日，与博华展览达成战略合作，秉承“跨界融合，合作共赢”的初衷。邀请业界一切热爱设计的城市开发者、建筑师/设计师、公众一起相约「上海世博展览馆」参与这场属于世界的设计提案！

From September 9-12, 2025, Maison Shanghai Design Week and the Fashion Furniture Exhibition will grandly commence at the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition & Convention Center, featuring an impressive lineup of 100 trend forums. The event will establish a gravitational field for design thinking through its innovative "1+N+X" framework: one anchoring Maison Design Conference main forum to "set the tone," numerous sub-forums to "create resonance," and multiple customized activities. With over 100 cutting-edge forums focusing on design's future, more than 30,000 designers and industry leaders will gather to explore the design ecosystem and orchestrate a powerful dialogue between Eastern creativity and global perspectives.

Since August 1, 2024, DJSER has partnered with Sinoexpo Informa Markets under the ethos of "cross-boundary collaboration and mutual success." 「CREDAWARD地建师设计大奖」（原名「CREDAWARD地产设计大奖·中国」）由地建师DJSER主办的国际性设计大奖，创立于2014年。因其国际性、综合性、权威性在业内富有盛名，每年吸引近30+国家和地区的海内外业主、开发企业、品牌业主、国际设计机构/国有院/民营设计机构参赛。大奖秉承“建筑审美、环境优先、用户体验、经济效益”的16字评价标准，因其严谨的评选流程、公开的评选模式、严苛的获奖机制，被行业内誉为“最具公信力的大奖”之一，并成为业主寻找优质设计公司的重要途径。

CREDAWARD is an international design award initiated by DJSER in 2014. It is renowned in the industry for its authority, comprehensiveness and internationality. It attracts participants from over 30 countries and regions with 10,000+ entries, including domestic and international owners, developers, brand owners, design institutions, state-owned and private design agencies. The award adheres to the evaluation criteria of “architectural aesthetics, environmental priority, user experience, and economic efficiency.” CREDAWARD has maintained its rigorous selection process, an open and transparent selection mode, and strict award mechanisms, it is widely regarded in the industry as one of “the most credible awards” and has become the important way for project owners to find a quality design firm.
