BRfloor-1080F 快硬无收缩面层自流平水泥

BRfloor-1080F Rapid-hardening Self-levelling Cementitious Overlayment 

• 砂浆及石膏-砂浆：水泥基砂浆，石膏基砂浆，特种砂浆，建筑石膏等

• BRfloor-1080F是单组份快干型水泥基自流平面层材料。可通过人工或泵送方式施工。其低收缩性能 以及宽泛的使用厚度，为室内外地面铺装提供了快速且经济的解决方案。BRfloor-1080F是一款通用型水泥基快速施工的面层材料，一次性施工厚度为 8 - 20 mm，用于水 泥混凝土或砂浆地面面层，或加入彩色骨料制作微磨石。可以承受中度至重度交通荷载。作为商业地坪或工业地坪面层材料。

• 特性：快速固化，4小时后可行走(+20°C)，24小时后即可进行后续作业。高流动性，地面找平能力为 8-20mm。高强耐磨，地面经久耐用。高粘结力，有效防止空鼓、脱层。极低收缩， 良好的体积稳定性和抗裂性。环境友好，不含有毒有害物质。

BRfloor-1080F is a one-part, self levelling and rapid hardening cementitious screed, which can be applied manually or by pump to achieve rapid and economic final floor finish for a wide range of thickness in interior and exterior use due to its extremely low shrinkage. BRfloor-1080F is a general-purpose, quick hardening cementitious screed at a thickness between 8-20mm in one working step, suitable as finishing course for concrete/mortar substrate, or extended as light terrazzo when mixing with additional color aggregate. Paved floor will supply with hardening. 4 hour walk and 24 hour subsequent course on time (approx. at +20°C). 

Highly fluid. 8-20mm self-levelling. 

High strength and wear resisting. Durable service. 

Strong adhesion. Hollowing and delamination prevented. 

Extremely low shrinkage. Dimensional stability and cracking resistance.

Environment friendly. No toxic and harmful substance included.

BRfloor-1080U Rapid-hardening Self-levelling Cementitious Underlayment 

• 砂浆及石膏-砂浆：水泥基砂浆，石膏基砂浆，特种砂浆，建筑石膏等

• BRfloor-1080U是单组份快干型水泥基自流平垫层材料。可通过人工或泵送方式施工。此外，还可现场加入不同级配和比例的骨料配制满足不同厚度要求的找平砂浆。其低收缩性能以及宽泛的使用厚度，为室内外地面找平提供了快速且经济的解决方案。BRfloor-1080U是一款通用型水泥基快速找平材料，一次性施工厚度为 8-20mm，用于水泥混凝土/砂浆地面找平。可用于各类板材、片材类面层材料的垫层，也可用于聚氨酯或环氧树脂类等树脂地坪的找平层。可以承受中度至重度交通荷载。 现场添加中粗砂，可混合配制厚找平砂浆，其施工厚度 20 - 50 mm。

• 特性：快速固化，4小时后可行走(+20°C)，24小时后即可进行后续作业。高流动性，自流平找平能力 8-20mm。高强耐磨，地面经久耐用。高粘结力，有效防止空鼓、脱层。极低收缩，良好的体积稳定性和抗裂性。环境友好，不含有毒有害物质。

BRfloor-1080U is a one-part, rapid hardening cementitious screed, which can be applied manually or by pump to achieve rapid and economic substrate levelling prior to the application of the final floor finish in a wide range of thickness for interior and exterior use. For thick flooring areas, it is also advisable to mix BRfloor-1080U with additional in-situ aggregates. BRfloor-1080U is a general-purpose, fast-hardening cementitious screed at a thickness between 8-20mm in one working step, suitable as levelling course for concrete/mortar substrate, or extended as over-coatable surface prior to the application of epoxy or polyurethane resins. Paved floor will supply with moderate to heavy traffic load.

Characteristics:

• Fast hardening. 4 hour walk and 24 hour subsequent course on time (approx. at +20°C).

• Highly fluid. 8-20mm self-levelling, and 20-50mm levelling.

• High strength and wear resisting. Durable service.

• Strong adhesion. Hollowing and delamination prevented.

• Extremely low shrinkage. Dimensional stability and cracking resistance.

• Environment friendly. No toxic and harmful substance included.

BRfloor-1080TZ 快硬无收缩特种水泥磨石材料

BRfloor-1080TZ Rapid-hardening Non-Shrink Cementitious Terrazzo Material 

• 砂浆及石膏-砂浆：水泥基砂浆，石膏基砂浆，特种砂浆，建筑石膏等

• BRfloor-1080TZ是单组份快干型特种水泥基磨石材料之基料。现场另外加入经规格设计并精选的磨 石骨料，混合搅拌，配合摊铺、研磨、封闭、抛光等工艺制作具有装饰效果的整体无缝磨石。可广泛应 用于商业、办公、教育、卫生、体育、展览等公共建筑，以及储库、车间等工业建筑。根据现场添 加的磨石骨料规格(如粒形、尺寸和添加量等)变化，一次性施工厚度为 10 - 30 mm。

  特性：

• 快速固化，24小时后即可研磨作业(+20°C)。

• 高流动性，极易摊铺找平。

• 高强耐磨，地面经久耐用。

• 高粘结力，有效防止空鼓、脱层。

• 极低收缩，  良好的体积稳定性和抗裂性。

• 环境友好，不含有毒有害物质。

BRfloor-1080TZ is a one-part, rapid-hardening and specialty-cement-based terrazzo material, which can be applied by incorporating terrazzo aggregates, combining with processes such as mixing, paving, grinding, sealing, and polishing to create a seamless, decorative terrazzo floor. It is widely applicable in commercial, office, educational, healthcare, sports, exhibition, and other public buildings, as well as industrial facilities such as warehouses and workshops. The construction thickness ranges from 10 to 30 mm in one working step, depending on the specifications of the terrazzo aggregates incorporated (e.g. shape, size, and quantity).

Characteristics:

• Fast hardening. Grindable within 24 hours at +20°C.

• Highly fluid. Easy to use.

• High strength and wear resisting. Durable service.

• Strong adhesion. Hollowing and delamination prevented.

• Extremely low shrinkage. Dimensional stability and cracking resistance.
