• 地坪系统-车库解决方案

• 人類居住環境的高度發展，造成大自然環境的破壞，旱災、水災、土石流、水污染、空氣惡化、地球暖化、熱島效應逐漸擴大，這些大自然的反撲運動正在對現代建設的高度發展作無言的抗議。

• 「JW防災空調導水舖面施工法」是一種讓舖設過的土地能保持滲水及蒸發功能的地面舖設工法，讓地球保有原來的自然特性，在建設與環保之間取得平衡。

• JW防災空調導水舖面施工法以大自然為師，巧妙運用材料物理 特性及流體力學，以最簡單的結構，突破性的建材，同時解決多項透水工程上難解的問題，在「材料性透水舖面」及「拼接性透水舖面」之外，另創「結構性透水舖面」第三分類，是目前全世界最優秀的舖面透水施工法之一。

• 強力透水透氣循環：

 「導水管」強力進水，「空調管」下粗上細，如同煙囪一般將地底下的冷空氣導出地表，形成完整的 循環系統。   

• 材料相互支撐補強：

 導水管架構，塑料材質架構相互連結形成鋼筋般的韌性結構，在混凝土包覆下使塑料做成的導水管架構不會老化，整體結構如同樓板般的堅固耐用。

• 建立地下水庫：  

能有效回收暴雨雨量，並彌補土壤自然透水率的不足，大量的雨水先快速的經由導水管進入「生態主儲水空調層」， 再流入「生態副儲水透水層」，此兩層即形成地下水庫，調整水資源循環利用，化解缺水及水災發生之苦，同時讓土壤有時間吸收回補地下 水，避免地層下陷。

The high development of the human living environment is causing damage to the natural environment. Drought, flood, landslide, water pollution, air deterioration,  global warming, and heat island effect are gradually expanding. These nature’s counterattack movements are mounting a silent protest toward the highly-developed modern construction. 

The “JW pavement for Disaster Prevention, Air Conditioning and Water Flowing” is a ground paving method that allows the paved land to maintain water permeability and evaporation functions, allowing the earth to retain its original natural characteristics and strike a balance between construction and environmental protection.

JW pavement construction method is based on nature, cleverly utilize material physical properties and fluid mechanics. With the simplest structure, breakthrough building materials, it can solve many difficult problems in permeable engineering. In addition to the “material permeable pavement” and “

splicing permeable pavement”, the third category of “structural permeable pavement” is one of the most excellent paving and permeable construction methods in the world.

High Water and Air Permeability:

The “water aqueducts” are highly water-permeable and capable of absorbing dust. The “air conditioning pipes” are wide at the bottom, narrow at the top and acts as a chimney to draw the cold (hot) air under the ground out to the surface to form a complete air circulation and clean the air.  

Mutual Support and Reinforcement of Building Materials:

The aqueduct frameworks are made of plastic and resistant to rain. The interconnected aqueduct frameworks form a tough structure as a welded steel bar. With concrete filling, the plastic aqueduct frameworks would not be aged due to direct sunlight.

The overall structure of JW pavement is as sturdy and durable as the floor.   

Water Storage for Flood Control and Formation of Underground Reservoirs:

Stormwater can be effectively recovered for compensating limited water permeability of the natural soil. A large amount of rainwater first quickly entersthe “main storage air-conditioning layer” through the aqueduct, and then flows into the “sub-storage layer” to form an underground reservoir acting like a flood-control detention pool. This also allows the soil to absorb water to recharge groundwater to prevent subsidence and reduce the occurrence of floods and droughts.
