     铁世龙精密永磁（深圳）有限公司本公司在日本冈山TESLAM株式会社1973年成立，2000年香港设立法人同年8月深圳工厂成立，2013年公司名称改为铁世龙精密永磁（深圳）有限公司。

     铁世龙精密永磁（深圳）有限公司是一家专业从事注塑磁铁以及磁气应用制品的生产厂家。

     以注塑磁及磁铁零部件的制造、销售为主，注塑磁用模具的设计和制造，磁性材料的制造和销售，及各类磁铁（烧结／压缩）和树脂轴心一体成形粘结等加工品也都能对应。

     我们所制造的注塑磁鉄广泛活跃在汽车家电OA住宅设备等

我们所生产的注塑磁鉄有以下特征：可成型各种复杂形状，可以和其他部品一并成型，高精度尺寸，耐冲击性高等优点。

     TESLAM FINE MAGNET ’s parent company TESLAM CO.,LTD founded in 1973 in Okayama,Japan.A legal entity and Shenzhen factory established in was renamed as TESLAM FINE MAGNET in 2013. 

     We are a professional manufacture and sales of magnets and magnet application parts like injection mold and magnetic we can deal with the various magnets（Sintering/compression）bonding with resin or shaft and other processing products.

     Our injection molded magnets are widely used in automobiles, home appliances, OA and residential equipment

Our magnets have the following characteristics: flexible for complex shapes, integral molding of different materials,high dimensional accuracy,excellent shock-resistance.

铁氧体类注塑成形磁铁

Ferrite injection molding magnets

     磁粉里使用锶铁氧体，性价比高的磁石。不生锈不用表面处理。

     磁粉にストロンチウムフェライトを使用した、コストパフォーマンスに優れた磁石。錆びず、表面処理も不要。

     Strontium ferrite is used in magnetic powder, a high cost-effective rusting, no surface treatment.

稀土类注塑成形磁铁

Rare earth injection molding magnets

     在磁粉里使用稀土金属（钕，钐）的磁石，比铁氧体系列价格高，磁性强的特征。

     希土類金属（ネオジム、サマリウム）を磁粉に使用した磁石は、フェライト系よりも価格が高いが、強い磁気特性を持つ特徴があります。

    Magnetic powders using magnets of rare earth metals (neodymium, samarium) is more expensive than ferrite series but has strong magnetic properties.

一体成型类磁铁

intergaral molding of different materials

     可以通过模具冲压部品等一并成形带有轴芯类产品。一并成形可提高性能和精度及降低工时等优点。

     金型プレス部品などにより軸芯類製品を一体的に成形することができます。一体的な成形は、性能と精度の向上、および工数の削減などのメリットがあります。

     We can product the integral magnet with shaft or plastic and more by mold stamping. Integrated forming can improve performance and precision and reduce time.

Sintered magnet

     钕铁硼烧结磁石的优点是磁性强，精度高。

     ネオジム鉄ボロン焼結磁石の利点は、磁力が強く、精度が高いことです。

     NdFeB sintered magnet  has the advantages of strong magnetism and high dimensional accuracy。
