同飞股份成立于2001年，深交所创业板上市（股票代码“300990”），总部位于河北省三河市，是一家专注于工业温控设备研发、生产、销售、服务的高新技术企业。

公司2017年成立德国全资子公司ATF，2019年成立北京分公司，2021年深交所创业板上市，同年迁址三河经开区，并于2024年建成北方总部研发生产基地，总占地约22万平方米，配有22条数字化产线，形成了“研发-制造-销售-服务”为一体的产业格局。2023年组建美国服务办事处，2025年成立上海、深圳、杭州分公司，并在东南亚成立新加坡子公司以及泰国生产基地。

TONGFEI founded in 2001 and listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange ChiNext (Stock Code: 300990), is a high-tech enterprise headquartered in Sanhe City, Hebei Province, specializing in the R&D, production, sales, and service of industrial temperature control equipment.

In 2017, the company established ATF, a wholly-owned subsidiary in Germany, followed by the opening of a Beijing branch in 2019. In 2021, TONGFEI achieved its ChiNext listing and relocated to the Sanhe Economic Development Zone. By 2024, the company completed its Northern Headquarters R&D and Production Base, spanning approximately 220,000 square meters and equipped with 22 digital production lines, forming an integrated industrial structure encompassing "R&D-Manufacturing-Sales-Service." In 2023, a service office was established in the United States, with plans to set up branches in Shanghai, Shenzhen, and Hangzhou by 2025, alongside the establishment of a Singapore subsidiary and a production base in Thailand to strengthen its presence in Southeast Asia.

Dedicated to innovation and specialization in industrial temperature control technology, TONGFEI has developed four major product lines: air-cooling products, liquid-cooling products, pure water cooling units, and specialized heat exchangers. These solutions serve a wide range of industries, including CNC equipment, laser processing, power electronics, energy storage, semiconductors, data centers, hydrogen energy, new energy vehicles (charging and battery swapping), medical devices, and oil & gas storage and transportation, continuously expanding its industrial development path.
