工厂位于台州滨海工业区，面积达五千平米，配备10台大型注塑机。从喷雾器零部件的生产，到喷雾器的组装加工，再到试水验货与严格包装出货，各步骤都在按部就班、有条不紊的进行，形成一条完整稳定的生产链；工厂员工有50余名，拥有多年喷雾器生产及组装经验, 各部门配有专业的管理人员，在其组织领导管理下，形成一套合格高效的管理体系；对于产品的品控保障，配备相关检测人员实行专业的监测流程，确保货物的质量。工厂一年可生产喷雾器70万，出口配件上千万个，为以后的出口经验打下坚实的基础。

The factory has more than 50 employees with many years of experience in the production and assembly of sprayer, and each department is equipped with professional management personnel to shape a set of qualified and efficient management system; For product quality control guarantee, relevant testing personnel shall be equipped to implement professional monitoring process to ensure the quality of goods. The factory can produce 700000 sprayers a year and export tens of millions of accessories, laying a solid foundation for future export experience.
