甩干机

钻屑甩干机在石油钻井领域被称作岩屑甩干机、立式干燥机，是泥浆不落地系统的核心设备，广泛应用于处理钻井现场钻屑，科盛能源甩干机目前针对水基泥浆也能达到理想的处理效果，单台理论处理量≤30（T/H）可根据客户需求选配。

Vertical cuttings dryer, also known as the rock cuttings dryer or vertical dryer, is the core equipment of the mud non landing system in the petroleum drilling field. It is widely used to treat drilling cuttings on drilling sites. Currently, KES dryer can also achieve ideal treatment effects for water-based mud, with a theoretical processing capacity of ≤ 30 (T/H) per unit, which can be selected according to customer needs.

离心机

离心机是石油钻井泥浆处理系统的四级固控设备可筛分＞2~7μm以上的固相颗粒，又称卧式螺旋离心机、卧式沉降离心机、卧式螺旋卸料离心机。根据转速不同分为中速、高速、高速变频离心机。用于回收重晶石清除2-7μm固相颗粒，控制钻井液的密度、粘度，保证钻井液的性能。单台理论处理量2~80m3可根据客户需求选配。

Decanter centrifuge is a four stage solid control equipment in the oil drilling mud processing system that can screen solid particles larger than 2-7 μm, also known as a horizontal spiral centrifuge, horizontal settling centrifuge, or horizontal spiral discharge centrifuge. According to different rotational speeds, it is divided into medium speed, high speed, and high-speed variable frequency centrifuges. Used for recycling barite to remove solid particles of 2-7 μm, controlling the density and viscosity of drilling fluid, and ensuring the performance of drilling fluid. The theoretical processing capacity of a single unit is 2-80m3, which can be made according to customer requirement.

负压振动筛

负压振动筛通过在振动筛最后一张筛网下面安装一套真空吸附装置，通过脉动气流形成一定频率的真空抽吸，从而提高钻井液的回收，降低待处理混合液固液分离的难度，有限降低处理后钻井岩屑固相物料20-30%的含液量，提高整体钻井工作效率，大幅减少了钻井废弃物量从而降低了后续废弃物的处置成本。

The negative pressure shale shaker is equipped with a set of vacuum adsorption devices under the last screen, and forms a certain frequency of vacuum suction through pulsating airflow, thereby improving the recovery of drilling fluid, reducing the difficulty of solid-liquid separation of the mixed liquid to be processed, and reducing the liquid content of the solid material of the processed drilling rock debris by 20-30%, improving the overall drilling work efficiency, significantly reducing the amount of drilling waste, and reducing the disposal cost of subsequent waste.
