PENSC boron nitride powder is produced using the internationally advanced melamine method and sintered at a high temperature of 2000 °C. The material features excellent crystallinity, high purity, and stable quality. It is widely used in refractory materials, ceramic casting, lubrication and release applications, thermal conductivity additives, and other fields.

产品简介

鹏程特陶二硼化钛粉采用国际先进的碳热还原法，经2000℃高温烧结，材料结晶好、纯度高，质量稳定。截至目前公司有12条二硼化钛粉生产线，年产500吨二硼化钛粉.

PENSC titanium diboride powder is produced using an internationally advanced carbothermal reduction process and sintered at a high temperature of 2000 °C. The material features excellent crystallinity, high purity, and stable quality. At present, the company operates 12 titanium diboride powder production lines, with an annual output of 500 tons.

产品简介

二硼化钛是硼和钛形成的最稳定的化合物，二硼化钛的高硬度和耐腐蚀性使其成为一种优秀的防护材料，可用于制备防弹衣、防弹玻璃和防护板等军事装备。鹏程特陶凭借多年的二硼化钛粉体生产和真空热压烧结技术，热压二硼化钛陶瓷密度可达4.4以上，致密度达97.3%，是全球唯一一家可实现二硼化钛陶瓷规模化生产的企业。

Titanium diboride (TiB) is the most stable compound formed between boron and titanium. Its high hardness and excellent corrosion resistance make it an outstanding protective material, suitable for use in military applications such as bulletproof vests, ballistic glass, and protective armor plates.

Leveraging years of experience in TiB powder production and vacuum hot-pressing technology, PENSC achieves a hot-pressed TiB ceramic density of over 4.4 g/cm3, reaching a densification level of 97.3%. PENSC is currently the only company in the world capable of mass-producing titanium diboride ceramics.
