This product is manufactured via the agglomeration and sintering process, featuring excellent fluidity for stable delivery to the powder feeder. It is compatible with HVOF and HVAF spraying processes, producing coatings with a dense structure and stable performance. Widely used in the petroleum, paper, and general machinery fields, it is an ideal alternative to hard chrome plating, offering both efficient surface strengthening effects and environmental advantages. This product is manufactured by the gas atomization process and boasts reliable thermodynamic stability. Compatible with mainstream APS and HVOF spraying processes, it forms high-performance coatings that exhibit excellent heat resistance, oxidation resistance and gas corrosion resistance. Meanwhile, it can also be used as a base coat for ceramic coatings. 此系列高性能粉末材料专为刹车盘涂层设计研发,不仅可有效抵御刹车过程中产生的高温,摩擦及腐蚀等恶劣环境因素的侵蚀,还能大幅降低刹车盘基体的磨损速率,显著提升刹车盘的整体性能与使用寿命。

粉末流动性好,批次稳定性高,用于超高速激光熔覆时上粉率超过80%,熔覆效率可达5.88㎡/h(直径380mm的刹车盘单面熔覆时间约30秒),助力客户提升涂层制备速度与一致性,降低综合成本。所制成的涂层与基体冶金结合,内外圈厚度均匀,一次成型表面粗糙度<10μm,可确保刹车盘在高速运转时的平稳性与安全性。涂层耐磨性能优异,颗粒物排放可减少50%以上。

This series of high-performance powder materials is specially designed and developed for brake disc coatings. It can not only effectively resist erosion from harsh environmental factors such as high temperature, friction and corrosion generated during braking, but also significantly reduce the wear rate of the brake disc substrate, and remarkably improve the overall performance and service life of brake discs.

With excellent fluidity and high batch stability, the powder achieves an over 80% powder feeding rate when used in ultra-high-speed laser cladding, and the cladding efficiency can reach 5.88 ㎡/h (the single-side cladding time for a brake disc with a diameter of 380mm is about 30 seconds), helping customers improve the speed and consistency of coating preparation and reduce comprehensive costs.

The prepared coating forms a metallurgical bond with the substrate, featuring uniform inner and outer ring thickness and a one-time forming surface roughness of <10μm, which ensures the stability and safety of the brake disc during high-speed operation. The coating has excellent wear resistance, reducing particulate emissions by more than 50%.

电极特点:针对市场对高性能电极的需求,在7代基础上开发了具有高电子活性氧空位和丰富的异质结界面催化涂层,通过特殊的制粉工艺,实现纳米级镍/氧化镍异质结界面,极大提高析氢催化活性,同时具有免活化的特点,由于电极本身不含铝,因此喷涂后无需活化可直接装入电解槽,致密的催化涂层也有效提高了电极的机械强度,能够大幅度减少因大量气泡冲刷导致的涂层脱落现象,稳定性更高。

Electrode Features

In response to market demand for high-performance electrodes, we have developed a catalytic coating with high electron-active oxygen vacancies and abundant heterojunction interfaces based on the 7th-generation technology. Through a special powder preparation process, nanoscale nickel/nickel oxide heterojunction interfaces are achieved, which greatly enhance the hydrogen evolution catalytic activity. The electrode also features activation-free operation: as it contains no aluminum, it can be directly installed into electrolyzers after spraying without prior activation. The dense catalytic coating effectively improves the electrode’s mechanical strength, significantly reducing coating detachment caused by intensive bubble scouring and delivering higher stability.

产品简介

与普通钨粉相比,超细窄粒径钨粉为近球形颗粒,具有超细粒径(1~3μm),窄粒度分布,均匀分散,低氧含量等特点,可用于高端电子封装、半导体基板金属化、集成电路等领域,钨浆料印刷线条精度高、方阻低。

Compared with ordinary tungsten powder, ultra-fine narrow particle size tungsten powder features nearly spherical particles, ultra-fine particle size (1-3μm), narrow particle size distribution, uniform dispersion, and low oxygen content. It can be used in high-end electronic packaging, semiconductor substrate metallization, integrated circuits, and other fields. Tungsten paste printed lines exhibit high precision and low sheet resistance.

本次展览发布的新产品主要为电子浆料超细窄粒径钨粉、北矿8代半导体阴极。

北矿8代半导体阴极是在7代产品基础上升级开发而成,其催化涂层具备高电子活性氧空位与丰富异质结界面,借助特殊制粉工艺实现纳米级镍/氧化镍异质结,大幅提升析氢催化活性。该电极不含铝,喷涂后无需活化即可直接装入电解槽;致密的催化涂层还增强了电极机械强度,能有效减少气泡冲刷造成的涂层脱落问题。电极拥有超低能耗、高稳定性、抗反向电流三大核心优势,经中石化标准测试,在3000A/m2、5000A/m2工况下过电位分别为130mV、190mV;4000A/m2工况小室电压可达1.64V,超声失重<8g/m2,年衰减率<0.8%;耐久性测试中,反极化衰减仅5~15mV,综合性能表现优异。
