江苏苏博石化机械有限公司成立于 2017 年，是一家生产井口设备、钻采配件的高速发展企业。主要产品为井口装置、套管头、节流压井管汇、闸阀等。公司技术研发实力雄厚，制造设备先进，质量保障体系完善，先后取得了 IS09001、IS014001、ISO45001、测量管理体系、售后服务体系、焊接管理体系、知识产权管理体系、特种设备制造许可证(TS)、API Q1、API 6A、API 16C 、API 5CT等认证证书，获得中国石油井控装备生产企业套管头乙级资质。

目前公司拥有固定资产约 8000 万元，现有员工 180 人，其中技术研发人员约 20 人，各类加工设备 100 多台，检测设备及工具 200 多台。设有机械性能检测中心、化学成份分析室、研发技术部、产品售后服务部等。公司已先后获得“国家级 CNAS 实验室”、“省级绿色工厂”、“江苏省专精特新中小企业”、“专精特新小巨人企业”、“盐城市智能制造示范车间”等荣誉称号。

Jiangsu Subo Petrochemical Machinery Co., Ltd. was established in 2017. It is a rapidly developing enterprise specializing in the production of wellhead equipment and drilling and production accessories. Its main products include wellhead devices, casing heads, choke and kill manifolds, gate valves,etc. The company has strong technical research and development capabilities,advanced manufacturing equipment, and a complete quality assurance system. It has successively obtained ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Special Equipment Manufacturing License (TS), API Q1, API 6A, API 16C，API 5CT and other ed the Class B qualification for casing heads of China's petroleum well - control equipment manufacturing enterprises.

At present,the company has fixed assets of approximately 80 million yuan,with 180 employees, including about 20 R&D and technical personnel. It has over 100 sets of various processing equipment and more than 200 sets of testing equipment and tools. 井口装置  WELLHEAD

概述Overview

API 6A 井口装置是油气井口的核心压力控制设备，它将井筒与地面生产系统密封连接，控制井筒压力、隔离油气水层，支撑完井、生产及修井作业，保障安全合规生产。

核心部件包括：套管头、油管四通、采油树、卡瓦悬挂器、曼德尔悬挂器、阀门、背压阀（BPV）等，所有部件均符合 API 6A 标准制造。

API 6A wellhead assembly, the core pressure control equipment for oil and gas wellheads, seals the wellbore to surface production systems, controls wellbore pressure, isolates oil, gas and water zones, supports completion, production and workover, and ensures well control safety and compliant production.

Core parts include: Casing Head, Tubing Spool, Christmas Tree, Slip Hanger, Mandrel Hanger, Valve, Back Pressure Valve (BPV), etc., all manufactured in compliance with API 6A specifications.

节流压井管汇 CHOKE & KILL MANIFOLD

概述Overview

它是油气钻井 / 完井 / 修井作业的核心井控设备，与防喷器（BOP）配套使用，符合 API 16C 标准。主要功能：维持井底压力平衡，防止井涌 / 溢流 / 井喷事故发生。

节流管汇：通过节流阀控制套管压力，可实现关井、泄压 / 放喷、动态压力调节，适用于含硫气井、砂堵工况，具备流量切换 / 隔离能力。

压井管汇：连接防喷器四通与泥浆泵，注入加重压井泥浆以实现压力平衡；配备止回阀防止流体倒流，可辅助应急冷却、灭火、挤水泥及洗井作业。

协同作用：节流（泄压 / 调节）+ 压井（注入 / 增压）共同构成闭环压力控制系统，保障井控安全。

As a core well control equipment for oil & gas drilling, completion and workover, it matches with BOP and is compliant with API 16C. Its main functions include maintaining bottom-hole pressure balance and preventing well kick,overflow and blowout.

Choke Manifold: The choke valve on it controls the casing pressure, in order to enable well shut-in, pressure relief and bleeding, and dynamic pressure regulation. Suitable for sour gas wells and sand plug conditions, it features flow switching and isolation capabilities.

Kill Manifold: Connected to BOP cross and mud pump, it injects weighted kill mud for pressure balance. It is equipped with check valve to prevent fluid backflow and support emergency cooling, fire suppression, cement squeezing and well washing operations.

Synergy: Choke (pressure relief and regulation) and kill (injection and pressurization) together form a closed-loop pressure control system to ensure well control safety.
