第十六届中国国际清洁能源博览会（CEEC 2026）将于2026年3月25日-27日在北京国家会议中心盛大启幕。作为CEEC 2026的四大专业展之一，2026中国氢能展暨国际氢能大会（全称：2026中国国际氢能及燃料电池产业展览会暨国际氢能大会，英文简称：CIHC 2026）将同期举办。

上海氢晨新能源科技有限公司是一家专注于“氢-电”转换装备研发制造并提供综合解决方案的集团公司，是国家级专精特新小巨人企业，总部坐落于中国（上海）自由贸易试验区临港新片区。

公司成立于2017年，是上海交通大学原校长林忠钦院士团队基于20余年的研究成果孵化，在临港新片区管委会、申能集团、临港集团等支持下迅速成长为氢能头部企业，国家绿色基金、国有企业混改基金、IDG等是公司战略股东，业务涵盖燃料电池（“氢晨科技”品牌）、PEM电解槽及系统（“氢盛能源”品牌）、催化剂和膜电极（“擎动科技”品牌）。

Shanghai H-Rise New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. is a group company dedicated to the research, development, and manufacturing of "hydrogen-to-electricity" conversion equipment, and provides comprehensive solutions. It is a national-level specialized, refined, unique, and innovative small giant enterprise. Its headquarters is located in the Lingang New Area of the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone. 

Founded in 2017, the company was incubated by the team of Academician Lin Zhongqin, former president of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, based on over 20 years of research achievements. With the support of the Lingang New Area Administrative Committee, Shenergy Group, Lingang Group, and other entities, it has rapidly grown into a leading hydrogen energy enterprise. The National Green Fund, State-owned Enterprise Mixed Reform Fund, IDG, and other entities are strategic shareholders of the company. Its business covers fuel cells (under the brand "H-Rise Technology"), PEM electrolyzers and systems (under the brand "Hydrogen Sheng Energy"), catalysts, and membrane electrodes (under the brand "Qingdong Technology"). 

The company has over 40% R&D personnel, nearly 500 intellectual property rights (nearly 200 invention patents); its R&D and manufacturing base covers over 3 square meters, with a fuel cell stack production capacity of over 1 unit/year, an electrolyzer production capacity of over 500MW/year, and a membrane electrode production capacity of over 2 million pieces/year. It has been the top domestic shipper of metal plate fuel cell stacks for four consecutive years, delivered the world's first offshore 1000-square-meter PPEM tank and system, and exported its products to the United States, Germany, Italy, and other countries. It has won the Special Award for Technological Invention in Shanghai, the First Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress in Shanghai, and the Global New Energy Vehicle Innovation Award.

燃料电池业务是公司的创始业务、也是核心板块。广泛应用于交通、发电、储能、热电联供、无人机等多个领域，在东风、一汽、陕汽等累计装车3500余台，搭载氢晨科技电堆的车辆累计运营里程数超过1.5亿公里；连续四年国内金属板电堆出货排名第一，产品出口到欧美。同时还开发了适配无人机、叉车、船舶的专用系统及备用电源、分布式发电用产品，有效拓展了应用边界。

氢盛能源自主研发的全球首个海上5兆瓦（1000Nm3/h）PEM电解槽及制氢系统成功下线，标志着我国海上绿色氢能装备技术取得重大突破，更为深远海风电制氢商业化应用提供了全新解决方案。在国家能源集团、中石油、陕氢、京能、中核等客户得到应用。
