气液分离系统

Gas-liquid Separation System

Independently developed by SANTACC, this system can be manufactured in various forms including integrated skid-mounted, containerized and split-type configurations to meet different production capacities and customer requirements. The entire system adopts automatic control, enabling unattended automatic operation, automatic fault alarm and automatic interlock shutdown.

The processing capacity ranges from 1 to 4000 Nm3/h. The hydrogen separation purity is ≥99.8%, and the oxygen purity is ≥98.5%. Equipped with advanced measurement and multi-valve control technology, the liquid level difference of the gas-liquid separation tank can be controlled to ≤3 cm within the 20%–110% turndown range. 

After gas-liquid separation, water-gas separation is performed through a scrubber, condenser, and wire mesh demister, ensuring that the outlet gas temperature of the separation system is ≤30°C and the moisture content is ≤3 g/Nm3

Electrolyzer

The Santacc series alkaline electrolyzers are independently developed by Santacc. By optimizing the internal flow channel and sealing waterline structure of the electrolyzer, we ensure uniform distribution of the alkali liquor flow field, temperature field, and current field inside the cell, thereby improving the sealing performance and safety performance of the electrolyzer body.

The Santacc series alkaline electrolyzers are highly compatible with green energy sources such as photovoltaic and wind power. They can operate safely under fluctuating working conditions from 20% to 110%, with an attenuation of only 1% after 1000 repeated startstop cycles. 

The Santacc series alkaline electrolyzers can achieve a current density of ≥6000 A/m2, hydrogen production energy consumption of ≤4.2 kWh/Nm3, and hydrogen purity of ≥99.8% (unpurified).
