Zhengzhou Songming Special Electric Heating Element Co., Ltd. was established in April 2011, with its registered address located in Sanlizhuang High tech Industrial Park, Dajindan Town, Dengfeng City. We are a professional manufacturer of silicon carbide electric heating elements and molybdenum disilicide electric heating elements, with 15000 square meters of office production and warehousing areas, a professional management team, and a complete management system. The silicon carbide rods produced by the company are non-metallic silicon carbide products obtained by introducing advanced production technology, using high-purity silicon carbide as raw material, and adopting high-temperature sintering technology. It has the characteristics of high mechanical strength, strong seismic resistance, good chemical stability, and easy installation, making it a durable and high-quality environmentally friendly product. The new high-density silicon carbide rod is stable, efficient, energy-saving, and environmentally friendly. Some products have excellent quality with a surface heating temperature of up to 1600 ℃, leading the future of the industry. To meet the needs of different customers, our company produces various types of silicon carbide rods, including DH, CU, DB, M, and W diameters, threaded SC, SCR, and float glass specific SW types.
