典型场景实证数据
钢铁行业:鞍钢集团二炼钢100吨钢包采用隔热毡后,达到以下的效果:
1、降低钢包外壳温度、改善工作环境,减小钢壳变形,外壳温度平均下降33℃以上,其最高52℃;
2、明显提高了钢水温度、减小了钢水过程温降速度,在35分钟温降速度明显减少了0.21℃/min;
3、1100型纳米隔热毡厚度非常薄,只有7mm厚,不占用钢包耐火衬的空间,不影响永久衬寿命,有利于钢包的扩容改造。
4、100吨钢包采用隔热毡保温后,节能经济效益为176.6万元/年。
水泥行业:中建材集团2500吨分解炉采用950型纳米隔热板后,达到以下的效果:
1、降低分解炉外壳温度、改善工作环境,外壳温度下降85℃;
2、减薄保温层厚度,扩容32立方米,提高产量。
