氧化铝短纤维以氧化铝和二氧化硅为主要成分，采用国际领先的“溶胶-凝胶”制备工艺，各项性能指标处于国际领先水平，具有出色的柔韧性和耐火绝热性能。

根据氧化铝含量和晶相的不同，我司产品型号分为：72型-F、72型-M、95型-M、95型-N。

Polycrystalline alumina fibre is mainly composed of alumina and silica, and are prepared by the world's leading technical method- "sol-gel". AFIBRE alumina fibre has excellent flexibility and fire-resistant insulation properties,and its performance indicators are also at the leading international level.

According to the content and crystal phase of alumina in alumina fibre cotton, flexible fibre cotton can be divided into 72type-F,72type-M,85type,95type-M,95type-N.

产品优势

氧化铝纤维针刺毯是以“溶胶-凝胶”法制备的氧化铝纤维为原料，经复杂的针刺工艺制备而成。长期耐温可达1600℃。

氧化铝纤维由氧化铝与二氧化硅组成，纤维内部结构致密，晶型稳定，经针刺工艺后，大大提高了纤维间的交织程度，具有良好的抗分层能力、抗拉强度及表面平整度，在高温工况下拥有更优异的隔热保温性能，可在较极端的环境下长期使用。

我司氧化铝纤维针刺毯产品型号为72型。

Alumina fibre needling blanket is made from alumina fibre prepared by sol-gel method through complex needling process.

Alumina fibre is composed of Al2O3 and SiO2. The internal structure of the fibre is dense and the crystal form is stable.  After the needle-punching process, the interlacing degree of fibers is greatly enhanced, resulting in excellent resistance to delamination, tensile strength, and surface flatness. Under high-temperature conditions, it possesses superior thermal insulation properties, allowing for long-term use in more extreme environments.

Our alumina fibre needle punched blanket product models are divided into 72type-F and 72type-M.

产品优势

氧化铝纤维毡采用高铝多晶纤维(含量72%以上的氧化铝纤维)制成，是一种优质的轻质耐高温多晶非膨胀型衬垫材料。具有优异的老化耐久性能、抗吹蚀性能及抗侵蚀性，耐温可达1300℃。现广泛用作汽车三元催化器衬垫材料，并且适用于各种封装技术，可提供客户定制性的设计解决方案。

根据制备工艺不同，我司产品分为:DH100系列、AF100系列。

The alumina fibre felt is made of high alumina polycrystalline fibre (alumina fibre with a content of more than 72%), which is a kind of high-quality lightweight high-temperature resistant polycrystalline non expandable mat material. It has excellent aging durability, blowing corrosion resistance and ideal corrosion resistance, and the temperature resistance up to 1300 ℃.

Now it is widely used as automotive mounting mat of catalytic converter, and can adapt to various canning technologies currently used, and can provide customized design solutions. The company's products have passed IATF16949 quality system certification, European reach regulation certification and got SDS chemical safety manual.

According to the different standard areal density, the product models are divided into: DH100、AF100。

产品优势

FP多晶氧化铝纤维纸以多晶氧化铝纤维为主要原料加粘接剂制成，具有良好的阻燃性能、隔热性能、电绝缘性能、耐高低温性及耐老化性，产品无卤、无毒、无味，具有较高的介电常数，能起到隔热防火的保护作用。产品易裁剪，易加工，具备极低的掉粉率，可直接使用，也可封装后应用于电气设备、电子产品、电池电芯等隔热防火、绝缘阻燃领域。

根据产品厚度不同，我司产品型号可分为：FP丨003、006、008、010、020、030、040、050。

FP polycrystalline alumina fibre paper is mainly made of polycrystalline alumina fibre and binder, with advanced flame retardance property, heat-insulating property, electrical insulation property, High & low temperature resistance property and ageing resistance property. And also the product is no halogen, non-toxic, tasteless and with a high dielectric constant, having a good fire proof and heat insulation performance. With very lower powder drop rate and the characters of easily cutting and production, it can be used directly as a independent product, or can be used for electrical equipment, electronic products, and battery cells based on its advanced series of properties after be canned.

Depending on the product thickness, our company's product models can be categorized as FP丨003, 006, 008, 010, 020, 030, 040, 050.

氧化铝连续纤维是以氧化铝和二氧化硅为主要成分，采用“溶胶-凝胶”工艺制备，可长时间用于1000℃以上的高温环境，可以编织成纤维绳、纤维布等柔软的纤维织物，也可以制造成多品种复合材料使用，形式方便、灵活，是新兴的高科技工业和航空、航天及国防新武器等高技术领域急需的材料品种。

根据氧化铝含量的不同，我司产品型号分为：AF17、AF18、AF19。

Alumina continuous fibre is made of alumina and silica as the main component, and is prepared by sol-gel process. It can be used for high temperature above 1000℃ for a long time. It can be woven into soft fabric like fibre rope and fibre cloth. It can also be used for making many kinds of composite materials, and the form is convenient and flexible. It is an emerging high-tech industry and a variety of materials urgently needed in high-tech fields such as aviation, aerospace and new weapons for national defense.

本次带来哪些新技术、新产品？

目前主导产品为氧化铝短纤维、氧化铝连续纤维及纤维制品系列产品。

（一）氧化铝短纤维：东珩国纤氧化铝短纤维直径均匀，长期耐温可达1600℃，具有热稳定性好，机械强度高、弹性模量大、热导率小、绝缘性强、抗化学腐蚀性强等不可比拟的优良性能。其纤维制品(如纤维毯、毡、纸、模块、异形件、短纤纺织品等)的密度和热容量小，热导率低，抗热震性能好，可直接用作高温窑炉、高温设备的隔热填充材料，如炉侧壁、炉顶及炉门等，也可直接用作高温零部件隔热密封。

（二）氧化铝纤维针刺毯：东珩国纤氧化铝纤维针刺毯是以“溶胶-凝胶”法制备的氧化铝纤维为原料，经复杂的针刺工艺制备而成。纤维内部结构致密，晶型稳定，经针刺工艺后，大大提高了纤维间的交织程度，具有良好的抗分层能力、抗拉强度及表面平整度，在高温工况下拥有更优异的隔热保温性能，可在较极端的环境下长期使用。
