Preparing metal coatings on ceramics via PVD mainly achieves functions such as surface conductivity, solderability, shielding, wear resistance and corrosion resistance, meeting the needs of electronic packaging, device interconnection and surface modification. The coating is uniform, dense, strongly adhesive, thickness-controllable, high-temperature resistant and stable in resistivity. Featuring low-temperature vacuum deposition, the technology does not damage the ceramic substrate, adapts to complex structures, and delivers outstanding consistency, reliability and environmental safety. PVD equipment is applied to ceramic surface metallization to achieve conductivity, solderability, shielding, corrosion resistance, wear resistance and other functions.
