氮化硅球

Silicon Nitride Ball

产品优势

氮化硅磨介球：硬度、抗拉强度、弹性模量远高于氧化锆，氮化硅微珠的磨耗为氧化锆的1%，高纯氧化铝用锆球5-10公斤/吨耗，而氮化硅微珠仅为0.05公斤/吨耗。更适用于砂磨机、振动磨、行星磨等高性能球磨设备。我们磨介球分为：<1mm 微珠、1-15mm磨介球、>15mm磨介球

氮化硅轴承球：我们的氮化硅球可根据客户需求提供3-15mm各种规格的轴承球，精度最高可以达到G5。

我们的氮化硅球分为气压球和热等静压球两种规格，我们提供的热等静压球采用美国AIP热等静压炉，对氮化硅气压球进行热等静压烧结，制得的热等静压氮化硅球，内部孔隙缺陷得以修补，更致密，强度更高。

Silicon Nitride Grinding Media Ball: Its hardness, tensile strength, elastic modulus is much higher than Zirconia, the wear of silicon nitride micro-ball is 1% of ZIRCONIA, high-purity alumina used Zirconia Ball 5-10 kg/ton consumption, but only 0.05 kg/ton consumption of silicon nitride micro-ball. More suitable for grinding machine, vibration mill, planetary mill and other high-performance ball milling equipment. Our grinding balls are divided into: < 1mm micro-ball, 1-15mm Grinding Ball, >15mm grinding ball .

Silicon Nitride Bearing Ball:  According to customer demand, our silicon nitride ball can be provided 3-15mm with various specifications of bearing ball, precision can reach the highest G5.

The products are divided into two specifications: pneumatic balls and hot isostatic pressure hot isostatic pressure balls are provided by the American AIP hot isostatic pressure furnace to conduct hot isostatic pressing and sintering on the pneumatic silicon nitride balls. The pore defects in the hot isostatic pressure silicon nitride balls are repaired, and they are denser and stronger.

我们的氮化硅结构件致密性好，机械性能优越，产品广泛应用在耐磨、耐腐蚀、耐高温、电绝缘等领域，产品涉及航天航空、光伏、石油、化工、纺织等诸多行业。

氮化硅管：鉴于熔融铝液的高温及腐蚀性等特征，适用于铝液中的升液管、各种保护管等核心部件并不多，相较于传统的铸铁、石墨、碳化硅钛酸铝，氮化硅的使用寿命更长，维护成本更低，对铝液无污染，安装和保养更便捷。

氮化硅绝缘件：主要用于多晶硅还原炉、常压炉、 真空炉 、各种烧结炉，原来用Al2O3 、 石墨最终被氮化硅替代。

氮化硅耐磨件：氮化硅的硬度高，耐磨性更优越。 用于制作多种设备的耐磨耐腐蚀件。

本次带来哪些新技术、新产品？

我们公司今年推出的新品是高硬度低磨耗氮化硅微珠，氮化硅微珠维氏硬度14-18GPa,硬度位居世界材料前三位，在对粉体材料切割寄粉碎时研磨效率更高。氮化硅微珠的磨耗每小时只有几十PPM，降低了研磨介质的磨损及对研磨材料的污染，有利于获取更高纯度的超细粉体。
