产品简介

碳毡在真空或惰性气氛下经2000℃以上高温处理后为石墨毡，含碳量比碳毡高，达99%以上。60年代末世界已有石墨毡商品供应。石墨毡因选用原毡的不同分为沥青基、聚丙烯腈基石墨 和黏胶基石墨毡三种。 石墨毡具有一般块状炭素材料的耐高温、耐腐蚀、不熔融等特性，又有纤维状炭的体积密度小、柔软、有弹性、可折叠、剪裁、可用炭纱缝合等性能。

Carbon felt, after being treated at high temperatures above 2000°C in a vacuum or inert atmosphere, becomes graphite felt, with a carbon content higher than that of carbon felt, reaching over 99%. By the late 1960s, graphite felt products were already available on the global market. Graphite felt is categorized into three types based on the raw felt used: pitch-based, polyacrylonitrile (PAN)-based, and viscose-based graphite felt. Graphite felt possesses the high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and non-melting characteristics typical of bulk carbon materials, as well as the properties of fibrous carbon, such as low bulk density, softness, elasticity, foldability, cuttability, and the ability to be sewn with carbon yarn.
