连续真空炉是我公司设计发明的连续运行真空炉，已经申请了三个发明专利及二个实用新型专利，是目前唯一能真正用于实际生产的连续真空设备，本设备极具先进性、实用性，可广泛用于金属陶瓷、粉末冶金、磁性材料、半导体、稀土、氮化硅碳化硅粉体、锂（钠）电池正负材料、固态电解质、高纯粉体材料、石墨烯、氢燃料电池、活性碳活化及提纯等，最高温度可达3000℃。

The continuous vacuum furnace is a continuously operating vacuum furnace designed and invented by our company. It has applied for three invention patents and two utility model patents, and is currently the only continuous vacuum equipment that can be truly used in actual production. This equipment is highly advanced and practical, and can be widely used in cermets, powder metallurgy, magnetic materials, semiconductors, rare earths, silicon nitride and silicon carbide powders, positive and negative materials for lithium (sodium) batteries, solid electrolytes, high-purity powder materials, graphene, hydrogen fuel cells, activated carbon activation and purification, etc. The maximum temperature can reach 3000°C

产品简介

连续无氧裂解炉是我公司设计发明的电池材料回收处理的设备，将电池正极材料与导电集流体铝箔有效分离，实现了正极材料连续大规模的回收，且处理后的材料纯度高，工序简化，大幅降低了回收成本。目前拥有一项发明专利，四项实用新型专利。 

 连续无氧裂解炉使用温度可达到800℃，可实现许多材料的分解。

　连续无氧裂解炉采用连续运行的方式，物料的处理量大，能耗低，节省人工，可实现助力实现无人化智能化工厂。

The continuous oxygen-free pyrolysis furnace is a device designed and invented by our company for the recycling and treatment of battery materials. It effectively separates battery cathode materials from conductive current collector aluminum foil, enabling the continuous and large-scale recycling of cathode materials. The treated materials feature high purity, simplified processes, and significantly reduced recycling costs. Currently, it holds one invention patent and four utility model patents.

The continuous oxygen-free pyrolysis furnace can reach a temperature of 800°C, enabling the decomposition of many materials.

Adopting a continuous operation mode, the furnace has a large material processing capacity, low energy consumption, and labor savings, helping to realize unmanned and intelligent factories

产品简介

主要用于硬质合金、高比重合金、陶瓷材料、粉末冶金制品、金属注射成型制品、不锈钢基、磁性材料、钕铁硼等的脱脂（胶）烧结及气氛处理。

该设备整个系统自动化程度高，具有人机界面，提高了产品的物理化学性能，确保了产品质量、自动控制稳定可靠，故障率低。智能温控仪自动控温，控温准确，温度均匀性好，气氛均匀性好，产品质量稳定。

It is mainly used for debinding (binder removal), sintering and atmosphere treatment of hard alloys, high-density alloys, ceramic materials, powder metallurgy products, metal injection molded products, stainless steel-based materials, magnetic materials, neodymium-iron-boron materials, boron materials, etc.

高真空金属屏加热炉主要用于非碳非氧气氛下，超高温度下，高真空下稀有金属、钼、钽、铌等材料的烧结等，采用钨、钼、钽等材料作为加热元件，钨、钼等材料作为隔热屏，最高温度可达2400℃，真空度可达0.000133Pa。
