Compared with traditional mirror materials, HuaCera sintered silicon carbide has superior mechanical properties, thermal properties, and optical processing performance. It enables ultra-lightweight design and can construct integrated internal cooling structures, surpassing beryllium, aluminum, glass, and other types of silicon carbide (such as reaction bonded silicon carbide and aluminum bonded silicon carbide), providing a new technical path for high thermal load optical systems.

HuaCera silicon carbide features high stiffness and strength, excellent thermal performance, and geometric dimensional thermal stability, especially stability in low-temperature environments, while avoiding the health hazards associated with traditional mirror material beryllium. 对于最严苛的高温应用，HuaCera烧结碳化硅表现超越大多数金属、耐火材料和其他陶瓷材料。

该材料的高导热性和低热膨胀系数赋予了它出色的抗热震性，使其能够承受快速的温度变化而不会开裂或失效。在大气气氛中最高使用温度可达1800℃。在高温下，HuaCera烧结碳化硅的强度实际上会增加，而其他陶瓷和金属则迅速下降，并且具有很好抗蠕变（应力变形）和抗氧化能力，因此非常适合在苛刻的高温工业环境中长期使用。

For the most demanding high-temperature applications, HuaCera sintered silicon carbide outperforms most metals, refractory materials, and other ceramics.

The material's high thermal conductivity and low thermal expansion coefficient give it excellent thermal shock resistance, allowing it to withstand rapid temperature changes without cracking or failure. The maximum operating temperature in an atmospheric environment can reach 1800°C. At high temperatures, the strength of HuaCera sintered silicon carbide actually increases, while that of other ceramics and metals rapidly decreases. It also has good creep (stress deformation) resistance and oxidation resistance, making it very suitable for long-term use in harsh high-temperature industrial environments.
