In the glass processing industry, insulated glass unit(IGU) production has always been a complex and multi- steps process. It involves assembling multiple glass layers with spacer bar, desiccant, primary and secondary sealants, and sometimes filling the cavity with air, argon, or Krypton. Spacer types alone vary greatly, making IG production an intricate art. Compared to traditional rigid spacers that require cutting/bending, desiccant filling, butyl application, and manual sticking onto glass, HANJIANG's Super Spacer Applicator (SSA) simplifies the process by automatically applying spacers onto glass in a single step. This automation significantly reduces the number of production steps and labor involvement, leading to enhanced efficiency and a decrease in product defects due to human intervention.
韩江的超级间隔条码放机采用双机头设计,并配备独特的可调节刀头。每个机头可以储存两种不同规格的间隔条,这样整机就能够存储四种规格的间隔条,在生产不同间隔条宽度的三玻两腔中空玻璃时尤为显著。此系统支持8mm至24mm宽度的间隔条,成功解决了20mm至24mm超厚间隔条的生产难题。
此外,可调节刀头可实现异形角部的精准加工,大幅提升了异形玻璃的加工精度。因此,这款设备适用于双层、三层甚至四层的中空玻璃生产,能够高效加工各种规格的大小片及异形中空玻璃。特别是在多层(3-5层)和超大规格的玻璃生产中,超级间隔条码放机能够精准定位间隔条,显著提升粘框质量。同时,结合高度均匀的第一道密封胶,使得成品的质量和成品率得到了极大的提升,为高质量中空玻璃生产提供了有力支持。
HANJIANG's SSSA machine is equipped with a dual-head design and features a unique adjustable cutting head. Each applicator head can store two different sizes of spacers, allowing the entire machine to accommodate up to four distinct spacer widths. This feature is especially advantageous in the production of triple-pane, dual-chamber IGUs where spacers of varying widths are required, particularly in the range of 8mm to 24mm, overcoming challenges in handling ultra-thick spacers between 20mm and 24mm.
The adjustable cutting head further enhances precision in the processing of irregular shapes, achieving highly accurate corner placements for complex designs. This capability makes the SSA ideal for producing double-, triple-, and even quadruple-layer IGUs, with the flexibility to handle various sizes of large-format and irregular-shaped glass.
Notably, in the production of multi-layer (3-5 layers) and oversized glass units, the SSA ensures precise spacer placement, significantly improving the frame adhesion quality. Highly uniform primary sealant and precise placement of spacers are critical, especially in the production of multi-pane and jumbo insulated glass. These elements finally contribute on the quality of IGUs and the overall yield.

In high-end windows and curtain walls, energy efficiency is paramount. Super spacers meet the highest thermal performance standards (phA and phA+) set by Germany's Passive House Institute (PHI) and are suitable for all climate zones worldwide. With HANJIANG's online Argon filling IG line and defect detection system-Line Eyes, the equipment can achieve up to 90%-95% pure Argon filling, significantly lowering the U-value of IG units for optimal energy efficiency.

Jumbo and Thick IGU
随着幕墙和门窗玻璃尺寸逐渐增大,厚板玻璃的需求也在提升。韩江的超大版超级间隔条设备针对3x6米甚至3.6x10米的超大玻璃板面,设计了高承重运输、高质量清洗以及均匀的第一道密封涂胶及精确的间隔条贴合系统,确保高质量和高效率的生产,适合加工复杂的三层/四层或四边大小片的超大板中空玻璃。
As window and curtain wall glass grows larger and thicker, the demand for high-quality, large-format IG units increases. HANJIANG’s oversized super spacer production lines support dimensions of up to 3x6 meters and even 3.6x10 meters. The system features high-load transportation, high quality washing, and precise primary sealant and spacer application to ensure both high-quality output and production speed. It is ideal for processing complex triple or four-sided jumbo IGUs.
