主要用于碳化硅陶瓷平台、导轨、方镜、反射镜、晶舟、桨、炉管、吸盘、卡盘、机械臂、聚焦环、刻蚀环、流化床反应容器等半导体领域的碳化硅陶瓷制品的真空烧结、气氛烧结；最高温度可达2400度。

本次带来哪些新技术、新产品？

公司自成立以来，一直致力于高温电炉的设计与生产，自主研发了IGBT感应加热电源，通过合理地匹配负载，使加热系统工作在最佳的状态下，感应谐振输出波形接近正弦波，电功率因数达到95%以上。电能节省20%以上（相比同类型可控硅）。

现在，公司开发和生产的高温炉最高使用温度达到3300℃，真空度最高的可达10-5Pa的，广泛应用于先进陶瓷、特种石墨材料、电池负极材料，针状焦，高模量碳纤维，碳-碳复合材料，碳及碳化硅复合材料等多个行业和领域。
