产品介绍：焦耳加热装置是一种新型快速热处理/合成的设备，该设备可使材料在极短（毫秒级/秒级）时间内达到极高的温度（1000~3000℃），升温速率最快可达到10000k/s；通过对材料的极速升温，可考察材料在极端环境、剧烈热震情况下的物性改变，可通过极速升降温制备纳米尺度颗粒，单原子催化剂，高熵合金等。目前广泛应用在电池材料、催化剂、碳材料、陶瓷材料、金属材料、塑料降解、生物质等领域。

焦耳热固定床

Joule heating Fixed Bed Catalytic Reactor

产品简介

产品介绍：焦耳热固定床通过控制焦耳加热电源输出稳定可控的直流电流，通过催化剂床层或其导电载体自身的焦耳效应，使催化剂床层快速/可控的达到设定的反应温度，配合本装置前段的多路气体混合装置、液相汽化装置（可选配）、伴热保温、升压条件辅助，达到反应所需条件。相比于传统加热方式，焦耳热固定床能大大加快升温速率（≥100℃/S），减少准备时间，提高评价效率，降低运行成本。同时装置可选配多组分气体进料和液体进料对比参考或串联/耦合反应使用。

本装置可保留传统加热反应器科研体系，适用于气-相、气-固两相或气-液-固三相等多种反应模式，通过在反应器后端配备冷凝器+冷阱或热阱/管路伴热，可实现反应尾气物料的气-液分离或气-液固分离或全组分分析。可评价合成、裂解、重整等多种反应体系。

Product Introduction: The Joule heating fixed bed controls the Joule heating power supply to output stable and controllable DC current. Through the Joule effect of the catalyst bed or its conductive carrier, the catalyst bed can quickly/controllably reach the set reaction temperature. Combined with the multi-channel gas mixing device, liquid-phase vaporization device (optional), heat tracing insulation, and pressure boosting conditions in the front section of this device, the required reaction conditions can be achieved. Compared to traditional heating methods, Joule heating fixed bed can greatly accelerate the heating rate (≥ 100 ℃/S), reduce preparation time, improve evaluation efficiency, and reduce operating costs. At the same time, the device can be equipped with multi-component gas feed and liquid feed for comparative reference or series/coupled reaction use.

This device can retain the traditional heating reactor research system and is suitable for various reaction modes such as gas phase, gas-solid two-phase, or gas liquid solid three-phase. By equipping a condenser+cold trap or hot trap/pipeline heat tracing at the back end of the reactor, it can achieve gas-liquid separation or gas-liquid solid separation of the reaction tail gas material or complete component analysis. It can evaluate various reaction systems such as synthesis, cracking, and reforming.

产品介绍：原位微分质谱系统通过电化学池与质谱系统的在线联用，实现了电化学反应的动态监测与实时追踪。该系统能在电化学反应过程中，于毫秒级时间内对反应产生的气体、挥发性中间产物及最终产物进行定性或定量分析。

Product Introduction: The in-situ differential mass spectrometry system achieves dynamic monitoring and real-time tracking of electrochemical reactions through the online combination of electrochemical cells and mass spectrometry systems. This system can qualitatively or quantitatively analyze the gases, volatile intermediates, and final products produced during electrochemical reactions in milliseconds.
