产品简介

产品特点：JH-18具有优异的润湿性、分散性和存储稳定性。有着分散效果好、添加量少的优点，烧结温度下能安全分解，无残留，是国内陶瓷分散剂中品质高、分散效果优越的产品。

适用方向：适宜以水为分散体的陶瓷浆料球磨、注浆成型、喷雾干燥造粒静压成型和塑压成型等工艺，适用于以氧化锌、氧化铝、钛酸锶、氧化锆、氧化铁（磁性材料）等为主要原料生产的压电陶瓷、电子陶瓷、特种陶瓷和磁性材料。

Product Features

JH-18 exhibits excellent wettability, dispersibility and storage stability. It features outstanding dispersion performance and low dosage. It decomposes safely at sintering temperature without residue, making it a highquality product with superior dispersing effects among domestic ceramic dispersants.

Application Areas

Suitable for ceramic slurry ball milling, slip casting, spray drying granulation, dry pressing and plastic pressing processes using water as the dispersion medium.

Applicable to the production of piezoelectric ceramics, electronic ceramics, special ceramics and magnetic materials based on zinc oxide, alumina, strontium titanate, zirconia, iron oxide (magnetic materials) and other raw materials.

产品简介

产品特点：JH-21具有优异的润湿性、分散性和存储稳定性。有着分散效果好、添加量少的优点，烧结温度下能安全分解，无残留，是替代进口分散剂的最佳选料。

适用方向：适宜以水为分散体的陶瓷浆料球磨、注浆成型、喷雾干燥造粒静压成型和塑压成型等工艺，适用于以氧化铝、氧化锌、氧化锆、氧化铁（磁性材料）等为主要原料生产的特种陶瓷、电子陶瓷、压电陶瓷和磁性材料。

Product Features

JH-21 features excellent wettability, dispersibility and storage stability. It offers high dispersion efficiency and low dosage. It decomposes safely at sintering temperature with no residue, making it an ideal choice to replace imported dispersants.

Application Areas

Suitable for ceramic slurry ball milling, slip casting, spray drying granulation, dry pressing and plastic pressing processes using water as the dispersion medium.

It is applicable for the production of special ceramics, electronic ceramics, piezoelectric ceramics and magnetic materials based on alumina, zinc oxide, zirconia, iron oxide (magnetic materials) and other main raw materials.

产品特点：JH-82是一款丙烯酸聚合物，用于陶瓷干压成型的高级粘结剂。JH-82可用来改善成型，获取高密度坯体，充分提高陶瓷展品性能。可替代传统PVA粘结剂。

适用方向：广泛用于各种精细陶瓷、电子陶瓷和磁性材料。

Product Features

JH-82 is an acrylic polymer used as a high-grade binder for ceramic dry pressing forming. It improves forming behavior, delivers high-density green bodies, and effectively enhances the performance of ceramic products. It can replace traditional PVA binders.

Widely used in various fine ceramics, electronic ceramics and magnetic materials.

陶瓷粘结剂JH-112

产品简介

产品特点：JH-112主要组成是聚合物的分散液，柔韧性好，分散性佳，烧尽特性好，残留灰分低。对标AC-112，用于制备陶瓷浆料的临时粘结剂和压形剂，可以改善压制成型性能及干后抗折强度。

适用方向：陶瓷浆料。

Product Features

JH-112 is a polymer dispersion with excellent flexibility, good dispersibility, clean burnout behavior and low residual ash content. It is equivalent to AC-112, used as a temporary binder and pressing agent for ceramic slurry preparation. It can improve pressing performance and the flexural strength of dried samples.

陶瓷脱模剂JH-217

产品简介

产品特点：JH-217型电子陶瓷脱模剂具有水溶性好，干燥后均匀的分布在料体表面，陶瓷烧结后能完全排除。干压、等静压工艺中陶瓷造粒粉添加纳米乳化蜡，使经过喷雾干燥造粒的粉料具有很好的流动性，提高压注件生坯的强度和致密性，还能使压注件具有很好的外部润滑，提高压注件的表面光洁度和脱模性，减少对模具的损伤。

适用方向：陶瓷造粒粉干压、等静压成型工艺（浆料混合过程中，喷雾干燥前加入）

JH-217 Electronic Ceramic Release Agent has good water solubility and distributes evenly on the particle surface after drying, and can be completely removed after ceramic sintering.

Adding nano-emulsified wax to ceramic granulation powder for dry pressing and isostatic pressing processes endows spray-dried powder with excellent flowability, improves the strength and compactness of green compacts, provides excellent external lubrication, enhances surface finish and release performance, and reduces mold wear.
