产品简介
球形氮化铝粉体是一种高性能陶瓷粉体材料。新产品具有显著的三大核心特征:粒径细小且分布均匀、氧含量低、整体纯度极高。其独特的球形形貌与优异的理化性能,使其成为高端导热与绝缘应用的理想选择。
功能用途:
高导热填料:主要用于制备高导热电子封装材料、导热垫片、导热凝胶、导热脂及高分子复合材料,应用于5G通信设备、高性能计算芯片、LED照明、新能源汽车功率模块等领域,有效解决散热问题。
陶瓷基板原料:用于制备高导热氮化铝陶瓷基板,是半导体功率器件、激光器、集成电路的关键散热基板材料。
其他应用:可用于制备耐高温、耐腐蚀、高绝缘的特殊结构陶瓷部件。
主要的技术特点在于:粒度小,分布窄,球形度高,氧含量低,纯度高。是高性能氮化铝的陶瓷的优质原料。

Spherical Aluminum Nitride Powder is a high-performance ceramic powder material. The new product has three significant core characteristics: particle size with uniform distribution, extremely low oxygen impurity content, and extremely high overall purity. Its unique spherical morphology and excellent physicochemical properties make it an ideal choice for high-end conduction and insulation applications.
Functional Uses:
High Thermal Conductivity Filler: Mainly used in the preparation of high thermal conductivity electronic packaging materials, thermal pads thermal gels, thermal greases, and high molecular composite materials, applied to 5G communication devices, high-performance computing chips, LED lighting, new energy vehicle power and other fields, effectively solving the problem of heat dissipation.
Ceramic Substrate Raw Material: Used in the preparation of high thermal conductivity aluminum nitride ceramic substrates, which a key heat dissipation substrate material for semiconductor power devices, lasers, and integrated circuits.
Other Applications: It can be used in the preparation of special structural ceramic parts with high temperature, corrosion resistance, and high insulation.
