上海骁亘新材料科技有限公司成立于 2018 年，注册于上海复旦科技园，是专注特种精细化学品的科技型企业，为涂料、土木工程、胶粘剂、复合材料等行业提供 “产品 + 解决方案” 的综合服务。公司自主研发和生产：反应型环氧乳化剂（XE-1028、XE1050）、水性环氧乳液（XG-141等）、水性环氧固化剂（XH-8018）等产品。另一方面，公司代理经销欧米亚公司碳酸钙和阻燃剂等产品，形成多元产品矩阵。

Shanghai Xiaogen New Material Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2018 and registered in Shanghai Fudan Science Park. It is a technology-based enterprise specializing in specialty fine chemicals, providing comprehensive services of "products + solutions" for industries such as coatings, civil engineering, adhesives, and composite materials. The company independently develops and produces products such as reactive epoxy emulsifiers (XE-1028, XE1050), waterborne epoxy emulsions (XG-141, etc.), and waterborne epoxy curing agents (XH-8018). On the other hand, the company acts as an agent for distributing products such as calcium carbonate and flame retardants from Omya, forming a diversified product matrix.
