酒莊介紹 _{Distillery Profile}

貴州賴世綱酒業有限公司(原貴州賴茅酒業有限公司），是由賴世綱先生創立。賴世綱的父輩所創賴氏白酒家喻戶曉，曾於三十年代進入香港市場。

歷史文獻記載，賴宗貴（賴世綱的曾祖父）於貴陽開設“賴興隆商號”，其子賴嘉榮開設“賴興隆錢莊”，成為貴州顯赫一時的私營錢莊，為賴氏白酒產業的壯大奠定了雄厚的經濟基礎。

Guizhou Lai Shigang Liquor Co., Ltd. (formerly Guizhou Lai Mao Liquor Co., Ltd. ) was founded by Lai Shigang. The Lai family's spirits, established by Lai Shigang's father's generation, became a household name and entered the Hong Kong market as early as the 1930s.

Historical records show that Lai Zonggui (the founder's great-grandfather) established the 'Lai Xinglong' trading house in Guiyang. His son, Lai Jiarong, later founded the 'Lai Xinglong' private bank, which became a prominent financial institution in Guizhou. This success provided a solid economic foundation for the development of the Lai-family Baijiu Industry.

1929年，賴氏與賈氏、周氏合資釀酒，後賴氏獨家經營，所釀造的賴氏酒逐漸成為行銷全國的醬香名酒，1953年私營酒坊被併入國有酒企。

In 1929, the Lai family partnered with the Jia and Zhou families to brew spirits. The Lai family later took over the operation exclusively, and the resulting Lai-family spirits gradually grew into a renowned Jiang-flavor brand marketed nationwide. In 1953, the private distillery was merged into a state-owned enterprise.

1989-1994年間，酒莊創始人賴世綱跟隨父親賴貴山學習釀酒、調酒，並創辦貴州賴茅酒業有限公司。

From 1989 to 1994, the distillery's founder, Lai Shigang, studied brewing and blending under the guidance of his father, Lai Guishan, and established Guizhou Lai Mao liquor Co., Ltd..

1995年酒莊生產的賴茅、老賴茅酒榮獲第三屆中國科技之星國際博覽會食品類金獎。

In 1995, the “Laimao” and “Old Laimao” spirits produced by the distillery were awarded the Gold Medal in the Food Category at the 3rd China Star of Science & Technology International Expo.

1997年註冊賴世綱文字及肖像商標，後企業更名為貴州賴世綱酒業有限公司。

In 1997, the "Lai Shigang" character and portrait trademarks were registered, and the enterprise was subsequently renamed Guizhou Lai Shigang liquor Co., Ltd..

2012年賴世綱酒40%vol在美國榮獲最受國際歡迎的中國酒評比活動金獎。

2021年，賴世綱经典919榮獲法國FISA烈酒大賽金奖。

2022年，賴世綱普世2000与賴世綱榮耀1995分别榮獲法國FISA烈酒大賽金奖与大金獎。

生產工藝 _{Production Process}

貴州賴世綱酒業所生產的醬香型白酒，秉承傳統賴氏釀造工藝，以茅臺鎮優質糯紅高粱和小麥為原料，順應天時與氣候的變化，釀造周期一年，兩次投料，九次蒸煮，八次發酵，七次取酒的古法釀酒工藝，至少貯存四年，精心調配陳年老酒，具有賴氏獨有的白酒風味特徵。

The Jiang-flavor spirits produced by Guizhou Lai Shigang Liquor Co., Ltd. adheres to the traditional Lai family brewing techniques. Using premium local sorghum and wheat from Maotai Town as raw materials, the process follows the rhythms of nature and seasonal changes. The brewing cycle spans one year, incorporating two ingredient additions, nine separate steaming processes, eight rounds of fermentation, and seven stages of spirits distillations—all following ancient methods. The spirits are then aged for at least four years and meticulously blended with aged reserves, resulting in a distinctive flavor profile unique to the ‘Lai-flavor’ style.

【金綱】酒

一款可以溫熱飲用的中國白酒，其獨特之處是溫熱至40攝氏度左右，不僅不會破壞香味的平衡感，反而激活馥郁香味和綿柔口感，體感尤佳。

飲後口腔中不滯留酒氣，口氣清爽乾淨、生津止渴。金綱被稱為「另一種醬香白酒」，酒精度53度，而溫熱後入口仿彿低度酒般柔和溫潤。

琥珀色澤、醇甜清潤、釅而不滯。酒體中歲月帶來的層次感和柔和感，溫暖卻充滿力量感，由多種香味物質組合而成的復合香，回味悠長而典雅，酒體中的五味風格協調統一，恰到好處。空杯留香持久。

金綱酒由貴州賴世綱酒莊出品，因釀造工藝的獨特性，產量受限，極度稀缺。

Jin Gang Spirits

This Chinese Baijiu designed to be enjoyed warm. Uniquely, heating it to around 40 degrees Celsius doesn't throw off its balance; instead, it actually unlocks a richer aroma and a smoother, silkier mouthfeel, offering a truly exceptional experience.

It leaves no lingering smell in your mouth, keeping your breath fresh and clean while quenching your thirst. Known as "Another Chinese Baijiu," Jingang is 53% ABV（Alcohol by Volume）, yet when warmed, it goes down as soft and gentle as a low-proof spirit.

It boasts an amber hue and a sweet, clean taste—rich in body but never heavy or cloying. You can really sense the layers and softness that come with age; it feels warm yet powerful. The aroma is a complex blend of various notes, leading to a long, elegant finish. The flavors are perfectly harmonized and balanced, and the scent lingers in the empty glass for a long time.

Jin Gang spirits is produced by Guizhou Lai Shigang Liquor Co., Ltd.. Due to the uniqueness of its brewing process, which strictly limits its production volume, making it exceptionally scarce.

【賴世綱·經典919 】

傳承百年賴氏釀酒配方，是貴州賴世綱酒莊「賴香」風味的典型的代表性產品，酒體微黃，醬香和花果香突出，很好的協調度，具有陳年酒體的厚度，層次豐富，幽雅細膩，口齒留香，回味悠長，空杯留香持久。

酒標上的手繪燒坊圖溯源於賴家燒坊舊址原貌。 設計靈感來源於二十年代舊報紙和中國書法， 運用經典的白底黑字以及紅色印章凸顯東方書法美學，該產品容易從中國眾多紛繁的白酒產品中脫穎而出。

該產品榮獲2021年法國FISA國際烈酒大賽金獎，2019年德國iF DESIGN 設計獎。

Lai Shigang · Classic 919

Inheriting a century-old Lai-family brewing recipe, this is the signature product representing the "Lai-flavor" of the Guizhou Laishigang Distillery. The liquor features a slight yellow hue with prominent notes of Jiang-flavor and florals. It is well-balanced with the depth and rich layers of an aged spirit—elegant, delicate, and leaving a long-lasting finish. Even the empty glass retains the fragrance for a long time.

The hand-drawn illustration on the label depicts the original appearance of the historic Lai-family Distillery. Drawing inspiration from 1920s newspapers and Chinese calligraphy, the design uses a classic white background, black text, and a red seal to highlight Oriental aesthetics, helping it stand out amidst the crowded Chinese Baijiu market.

This product is an award-winner, having secured the Gold Medal at the 2021 FISA France International Spirits Awards and the iF DESIGN Award 2019 in Germany.

【賴世綱·普世2000 】

一款入門級醬香白酒，調酒師選用口感和香氣較為舒適協調的酒體作為基酒，以多種柔和型年份酒為調味酒， 酒體清澈透明，醬香適中，聞香有明顯的花果香味，口感幽雅細膩，略帶醇甜感,後味醇凈,有「賴香」風味。飲後有一種愉悅感，適合初飲醬香型白酒的人群。該產品榮獲2022年法國FISA國際烈酒大賽金獎。

Lai Shigang · Universal 2000

An accessible entry-level Jiang-flavor Baijiu. The master blender selected a well-balanced base spirit for its comfort and harmony, finishing it with a variety of soft, aged Baijiu.

The liquid is crystal clear with a moderate Jiang-flavor and distinct floral and fruity notes on the nose. On the palate, it is elegant, delicate, and slightly sweet, leading to a clean, mellow finish that showcases the unique 'Lai-flavor' style. It leaves a pleasant sensation, making it perfect for those new to Jiang-flavor spirits. This product was honored with the Gold Medal at the 2022 FISA France International Spirits Awards.
