Sizing is a critical stage in the papermaking process that imparts water, ink, and penetration resistance to paper. We possess industry-leading DCS (Distributed Control System) automated production lines. Through end-to-end digital monitoring, we ensure that the reaction parameters (such as temperature, pressure, and proportions) of each batch of chemicals are precisely consistent. This not only minimizes human error but also guarantees excellent product stability across different batches, helping customers achieve continuous and stable production.
