尊敬的各位口腔同仁、合作伙伴及观众朋友：

Sino-Dental致力于推动行业可持续发展，将绿色理念贯穿办展观展全程。我们诚邀您以行动赴约，让每一次展会都成为对环保的助力，共同打造一场低碳、高效、有温度的行业盛会。

为此，我们发出以下倡议：

1.减塑减废，从细节做起：减少一次性水杯、餐盒等使用，优先选择可重复环保材质用品；展商遴选绿色配套服务商，加大模块化、可拆装、可重复利用环保材料比例、杜绝过度装潢，精简各类物料包装，撤展时分类回收搭建物料与剩余样品，携手做好垃圾分类，让每一份物品都更“轻”一点。

2.低碳出行，共减观展碳足迹：优先选择地铁、公交等公共交通前往展馆，让绿色出行成为观展新风尚，用脚步为地球减负。

3.数字赋能，告别纸质浪费：减少印刷品消耗，通过展会微网站、官方公众号查询展商信息、学术日程与展馆导航；鼓励展商采用数字展示技术推介产品，减少大批量纸质彩页现场派发，让信息传递更高效、更环保。

在专业交流中探索前沿，在展会细节里践行环保。让我们以点滴行动，共建清洁有序、低碳高效的展会环境，共筑口腔行业的绿色未来。

 Green Exhibition Initiative

Dear Dental Professionals, Partners, and Visitors:

Sino-Dental is dedicated to advancing sustainable development across the industry, integrating green concepts throughout every stage of exhibition preparation and onsite attendance. We warmly invite you to join us in this commitment, ensuring that every edition of the show contributes to environmental protection, and together creating a low-carbon, efficient, and inspiring industry gathering.

To achieve this, we put forward the following proposals:

1. Cut Plastic and Waste, Starting with the Details: Minimize the use of disposable items such as water cups and food containers, prioritizing reusable and eco-friendly alternatives. We encourage exhibitors to select qualified green service providers, increase the proportion of modular, demountable, and recyclable booth materials, and refrain from excessive decoration. We also encourage streamlining material packaging, as well as sorting and recycling leftover booth materials and product samples upon dismantling, working together to practice waste sorting so that every resource is used more efficiently.

2. Opt for Low-Carbon Commutes to Reduce Our Collective Carbon Footprint: We highly recommend choosing public transportation, such as subways and buses, to reach the exhibition venue. Let green mobility become the new norm for all attendees, taking steps together to reduce our collective environmental impact.

3. Go Digital to Eliminate Paper Waste: Reduce reliance on printed materials by accessing exhibitor information, academic schedules, and venue navigation through the exhibition's mobile-app and official WeChat Official Account. We encourage exhibitors to adopt digital display technologies to showcase products, slashing the bulk distribution of printed leaflets and brochures on-site to make information sharing both more efficient and sustainable.

As we explore cutting-edge advancements through professional communication, let us also practice environmental responsibility in every detail of the exhibition. Through our collective, everyday actions, we can build a clean, orderly, low-carbon, and highly efficient exhibition environment, jointly fostering a sustainable future for the dental industry.
