AFECA亚洲展览会议协会联盟（Asian Federation of Exhibition and Convention Associations）成立于2005年, 总部设于新加坡,是亚洲权威的会展行业联盟。AFECA旨在联合亚洲各国会展行业协会、展会主办机构、展馆、场馆运营方与配套服务商，在深化跨境产业协作、提升行业专业标准、代言亚洲会展行业等方面发挥关键作用。

AFECA的会员机构来自亚洲19个经济体，包括中国、新加坡、泰国、马来西亚、印度、日本、印度尼西亚、菲律宾等。联盟致力于通过行业政策倡导、行业表彰、专业人才培育，以及与各国政府、全球行业协会开展战略合作，积极打造富有活力、可持续发展的亚洲会展产业生态体系。

AFECA董事会成员体现了多元化与经验丰富的领导团队，致力于推进AFECA的愿景与目标，强化区域合作，塑造亚洲会展行业的未来。董事会成员主要包括：主席为马来西亚会议展览组织与供应商协会的拿督林烨成先生，副会长为泰国奖励旅游与会议协会的Sumate Sudasna先生和新加坡会议展览组织与供应商协会的Richard Ireland先生。

中国董事会的主要成员：上海市国际展览（集团）有限公司总裁徐佳女士担任AFECA中国主席，上海新国际博览中心总经理Michael Kruppe先生担任AFECA行业研究联席主席，厦门市会议展览业协会的副秘书长陈晓芳女士。

AFECA (Asian Federation of Exhibition and Convention Associations ) -  is the leading MICE industry federation in Asia, founded in 2005 to unite national and regional associations, exhibition organizers, convention centers, venues, and suppliers across the region. Headquartered in Singapore, AFECA plays a pivotal role in strengthening cross-border collaboration, advancing professional standards, and serving as the collective voice of Asia’s exhibition and convention industry.

AFECA’s member organizations span 19 economies across Asia, including China, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, India, Japan, Indonesia, the Philippines etc. AFECA is committed to fostering a vibrant and sustainable MICE ecosystem through advocacy, recognition programmes, talent development initiatives, and strategic partnerships with both government and global associations.

The AFECA Board reflects a diverse and experienced leadership team committed to advancing AFECA’s vision and objectives, strengthening regional collaboration, and shaping the future of the MICE industry in Asia. The key Board Members mainly include President Dato' Vincent Lim from The Malaysian Association of Convention and Exhibition Organisers and Suppliers (MACEOS), Vice Presidents Mr. Sumate Sudasna from Thailand Incentive and Convention Association (TICA) and Mr. Richard Ireland from Singapore Association of Convention and Exhibition Organisers and Suppliers (SACEOS).

Key members of the China Board comprise Ms. Xu Jia, President of Shanghai International Exhibition (Group) Co., Ltd. (SIEC), who serves as AFECA China Chair; Mr. Michael Kruppe, General Manager of Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC), who acts as Co-Chair of AFECA Industry Research, and Ms. Linda Chen, Deputy Secretary-General of Xiamen Convention & Exhibition Association (XMCEA).
