一、报名时间

从本通知发布之日至2026年9月8日。

二、食宿及交通安排

记者到南宁采访，往返交通食宿费用自理。会议期间，组委会为记者在广西南宁市采访提供公共交通。经确认后的记者可入住由组委会推荐的酒店(沃笙酒店，地址：广西南宁市青秀区云景路29号，邮编：530025，电话：)。

Invitation to Media Coverage of the 23^rd

China-ASEAN Expo and the China-ASEAN Business and Investment Summit

The 23^rd China-ASEAN Expo and China-ASEAN Business and Investment Summit (CAEXPO and CABIS) will be held in Nanning, Guangxi from September 17th to September 21st, 2026. Details regarding the registration for media coverage of the event are as follows:

I. Registration Time

From the release date of this invitation to September 8th, 2026.

II. Accommodation and Transportation Arrangements

The round-trip transportation and accommodation expenses for media coverage in Nanning will be borne by the reporters. For the convenience of coverage, the reporters, upon approval, will stay in WO SHENG HOTEL recommended by the 23^rd CAEXPO and CABIS Organizing Committee (Address: No. 29, Yunjing Road, Nanning, Guangxi, China, 530025, Tel: +86-) and enjoy complimentary transportation services between WO SHENG HOTEL and the relevant event venues.

III. Registration Method

1. The Press and Publicity Department of the Organizing Committee is in charge of the registration.
