真空钎焊炉

产品简介

本系列高真空钎焊炉为箱式间歇式精密热处理设备，核心采用钼带/钼丝发热体搭配多层钼隔热屏结构，主要应用于AMB陶瓷覆铜板、医用金属构件、高温合金、不锈钢零部件的活性钎焊、真空退火、去应力热处理工艺。

设备配置高真空机组（机械泵+分子泵），极限真空可达1×103Pa及以上，恒温区域温度均匀性控制在±3℃~±5℃，完全满足活性钛基钎料低残氧工艺要求；升温、保温、降温全过程支持多段程序可编程设定，升降温速率可按需调节，适配陶瓷、异种金属结合所需的平缓升温工艺，有效避免工件开裂、钎料氧化虚焊。

炉膛内胆选用耐高温钼材或310S耐热不锈钢，可通入微量氮氢还原性保护气氛；整机具备超温、水压、气压、真空度多重安全联锁保护，运行稳定，适配科研试样小批量试制与中小型批量精密零部件钎焊生产。

This series high vacuum brazing furnace is batch-type box precision heat treatment equipment, equipped with molybdenum strip heating elements and multi-layer molybdenum heat shielding structure. It is widely used for active brazing, vacuum annealing and stress relief of AMB ceramic copper-clad substrates, medical precision components, superalloys and stainless steel parts.

Equipped with high vacuum system consisting of mechanical pump and molecular pump, the ultimate vacuum reaches ≤1×103 Pa. Temperature uniformity within constant temperature zone is controlled within ±3℃ ~ ±5℃, which meets the strict low oxygen requirement of titanium-based active brazing filler metal. The whole heating, holding and cooling process supports multi-segment programmable curve with adjustable heating/cooling rate, which prevents workpiece cracking and brazing material oxidation effectively for ceramic and dissimilar metal bonding process.

The furnace chamber liner adopts high temperature resistant molybdenum alloy or 310S heat-resistant stainless steel, compatible with nitrogen-hydrogen mixed reducing atmosphere. Multiple safety interlocks including overtemperature, cooling water pressure, gas pressure and vacuum degree are equipped to guarantee stable operation. It is suitable for laboratory sample trial production and medium-scale precision parts brazing.
