Kind Reminders for Exhibition Visitors

第23届中国—东盟博览会（以下简称东博会）将于2026年9月17日至21日在广西南宁举办。为保障各位观众的合法权益，共同维护东博会现场展览秩序，营造安全、有序、诚信、规范的观展消费环境，温馨提示如下：

The 23rd China-ASEAN Expo (CAEXPO) will take place in Nanning, Guangxi from September 17 to 21, 2026. To protect legitimate rights and interests of all visitors, maintain on-site exhibition order and foster a safe, orderly, honest and regulated  consumption environment, this Secretariat formulates following kind temainders. 

一、本届东博会将强化现场安检管控，严禁携带3件及以上同款物品（如食品、玩具、服装等）进入场馆。外部尺寸超过高45cm×宽35cm×厚15cm的背包，以及拉杆箱等大件随身物品，均须前往南宁国际会展中心E区东侧安检口（位置图附后）接受开箱查验。倡议大家轻装逛展，对查验给予支持和配合。

I. On-site security check will be enhanced during this expo. Visitors are NOT allowed to carry three or more identical items (e.g. food, toy and clothing) into the venue. Backpack exceeding 45cm (L)×35cm(W)×15cm(D) and large-sized rolling suitcase must be opened for inspection at the East Entrance, Zone E of Nanning International Convention & Exhibition Center (see the Annex). We recommend all visitors to travel light, and appreciate your support and cooperation during the inspection process. 

二、请勿向在展馆走道、展馆外公共区域及会展中心外围流动兜售的人员购买商品，谨防消费风险。

II. Please do NOT buy goods from roaming vendors in exhibition hall aisles, outdoor public places or the surrounding areas of the exhibition and convention center in order to avoid consumption risks.  

三、购买时请核对商品与该展区行业类别是否相符、销售人员是否佩戴参展商证，确认无误后再酌情选购，并请主动向参展商索要收据、发票等消费凭证。

III. Before purchasing, please check that the product matches the industry category of the exhibition zone and that the salesperson is wearing the Exhibitor Pass. Please also equest receipt, invoice or other proof of purchase from the exhibitor. 

四、不同国家对宝玉石等品类成分认定标准存在差异，建议购买前先前往南宁国际会展中心D区二层D10展厅门口检验检测技术服务中心进行专业鉴定，依据检测结果理性选购。

IV. Standards for identifying jade and gem composition vary between countries. Before making a purchase, visitors are reommended to go to the Inspection and Testing Technology Service Center for professional appraisal at the entrance of Hall D10, 2F, Zone D of Nanning International Convention and Exhibition Center.  

五、如发现销售涉嫌侵权假冒伪劣商品或存在违规展览等行为，可通过联合执法组现场服务点、东博会客服热线（0771—）进行投诉举报。

V. Should any sales of suspected infringing, shoddy or counterfeit products or unauthorized exhibition activities be found, please report to the on-site service point of Joint Law Enforement Team or call the CAEXPO Hotline (+86-).
