镍基钎焊膏

产品简述

在真空炉或保护气中对不锈钢材料进行钎焊。高含量的铬元素使钎焊接头具有优越的耐腐蚀性，在.05mm-0.25mm间隙内拥有稳定的焊接性能，可以更加容易得到性能优异的钎焊接头。针对不同的焊接要求，不同的应用场录，可以选择不同的布料方式将焊料粘附在焊缝上，例如点胶、辊涂、印刷、喷涂等。

Suzhou KunTengWei  New Material Technology Co., Ltd., located in Changshu, Suzhou, specializes in nickel-based, iron-based,-based, and aluminum-based new brazing materials. The company operates four vacuum atomization production lines with an annual capacity of over 1,000 tons of variousing materials, including paste solders, foil-strip solders, and brazing rings. It is a major domestic supplier of paste and foil-strip solders, with its customer base concentrated in the automotive and home appliance sectors. In the automotive sector, we are a leading domestic supplier of nickel-based solders for EGR and stainless steel oil cooler manufacturers, providing 600 tons of nickel-based solder annually. Additionally, our products are widely used in the brazing of automotive pipelines, torque converters, and other components, holding a domestic market share.
